Hello Chioma, how are you? 1. No. Eg: if the name of your birth cert and passport is Chioma Catharine Adele, your *given name/Maiden name is Chioma Catharine and Family/last name is Adele. Another name will be Cath or Cathie incase you are refered to by that's name on a legal documents otherwise,ignore that's field. 2. Yes. You get a biometric care when given residency. Hi Pavlina, I don't understand your question very well. Use the e-ticket. Your passport should be stamped at the UK bordering UK(UK airport) upon your arrival. Use that. Best of luck

Then when you get here you could apply for residence to stay here is that's the plan. If he is EU citizen and from the scheghen states, your visa to his country will only allow you free movement within those Schengen states
