How To Make A Perfect Cheese Garlic Sandwich

Many people watched the grilled cheese sandwich video I uploaded earlier, so I prepared a New Cheese Garlic Sandwich recipe!
This is unforgettable because it's so delicious and easy to make
I prepared two ways to make it with a skillet and an oven, so choose the way you want to make it
➤ Ingredients (servings : 2)
- 4 slices of white bread
- 2 slices of gouda cheese (or cheddar cheese)
- mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (soften)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tbsp parsley
- a pinch of salt (optional)

1. Let the butter soften at room temperature before use
2. You can use any kind of cheese you want

PRO TIP: if you want, add a few drops of water into the pan before you put the lid on it. This will help the cheese melt and the butter seep into the bread!

Edit: I did it!! It was so crunchy, buttery, and delicious! 🥰 I'm not a fan of parsley though, so my butter mixture was with garlic and red pepper flakes. It gave the whole thing a nice kick! 😋

In my experience, oregano works better than paisley with this recipe, as its flavour is more intense and complements garlic's better than paisley's more subtle palate.

Did you actually bake it in the oven afterwards as well? I don’t understand the point of that… The cheese should melt just fine when you are toasting it on the stove.
I love it how you use simple gouda, I think it's the best for melting in bread. Gonna try this more or less to make a tosti. Instead of the optional salt, I would add a thin slice of ham between the slices. So it will be garlic butter, bread, gouda, ham, again gouda, bread, butter.
Finally a recipe I have all the ingredients to make!!

Ah thanks for that! I totally missed that part where they are saying it is an alternative way to make the sandwich. I thought they were saying to put the grilled sandwich in the oven after it was done grilling on the stovetop, which was so confusing.

Garlic bread cheese
2tbsp butter
3-4 garlic (chopped into tiny pieces)
Pinch of salt
parsley ½ tbsp.
MIX WELL
Spread it on bread and add some cheese also on the bread
put it into an pan and cover it with the lid and flip the bread after a while
CUT IT
ENJOY!!!
