I owe you my life this vid is incredibly helpful!! I'll be working in Mexico for a few months and this has SOLD me on Puerto Escondido (booked Casa Losodeli straight away!!) - wish you were still there!!
I went to Puerto Escondido in 1992, it was a very hidden gem, so underrated, I can see it is very international and touristy right now, I hope it stays small.
Pues que egoísta ..es activar el turismo para la gente local . Más aún que sufrieron los estragos del huracán..lo dicho siempre habrá gente pendeja que comenta cosas sin sentido .
@@jennym732 just got in today. No ac in room, but does have an oscillating fan in the dorms. Only 2 female stalls for showers and toilets for shared dorms….. the wifi is great if you are coming to work!just wanted to give you an update.
Awesome video, loved the info and we agree with all the information. We need to get a drone and learn from you! You have some sick drone and GoPro skills! We hope all is well with you Crosby looking forward to meeting somewhere in the world again! But if you ever come back to Puerto hit us up! Saludos!
Great video! I left PE 2 weeks ago and I LOVED it there. I got some good surfing in, had my mind blown by the bioluminescent lagoon, loved the chill vibe of la punta, and never felt unsafe. Do you know of any other places like this? Would love to get pointed in the right direction for the next trip.
Love your videos! Great channel 🌻 nice to see here Jenny & Kevin, I am a fan of their channel )). Amazing how many people manage to support the digital nomad lifestyle. Such a great way to explore the world, yourself and find new friends and like-minded people.
Pretty cool & informative video. I'm currently looking to transition away from education (classroom teacher for the past 24 years in Tampa). Your videos help in the search process....
@@CrosbyGraceTravels of course. do you think you'll try working remotely from Europe too? I'm currently debating if I should first go somewhere in latin america, or Portugal/Spain. The obvious consideration is that I'm working in US timezone (which I assume you are too), so I wonder if it's still a great experience working from 5pm-12am factoring in social life and meeting people. Just curious how you're thinking about cross continent travel haha
Thanks for the great video! We're heading to Puerto Escondido next week and really appreciated all the tips. Here's hoping we find some decent wifi along the way!
Oh how exciting!! I honestly miss it a lot - you're gonna have a great time. Good luck with the Wifi but this video definitely has all my tips for finding it!
Fantastic summary of the digital life there, thank you! You mentioned the TELCEL SIM seemed to be generally reliable if needed, do you recall what kind of internet speeds you would get from that when using the phone as a hotspot? Cheers ~Merlin
Amazing informational video, Ive been in Tulum for 3w, going to Isla Mujeres for 10d, then I'm off to La Punta for 45d! (and then PV) I'm doing the Colive package with Selina, so I'll be staying there. How much does Paradise Gym cost for 1 month (or 45 days)?
Hi, You mentioned that traveling to Mexico from the US you need to show proof of return or leaving Mexico. I'm not sure where and when I'm leaving Mexico, Do you know if it's possible to enter Mexico without a return flight? Thank you
Great video! Everyone seems like robots on their computers, does anyone travel to just connect with people, nature, locals and enjoy life? Are there any just regular travelers there not working? Where would you recommend if I want to be around people not working all the time? maybe where the internet is bad haha
I was filming at a coworking space! So yes everyone’s working there but sooo many people are just traveling around. La Punta is a great area for backpackers who don’t need good internet!
Obviously never live in a small town in Costa Rica. LOL Starlink is available in Mexico. So the Internet is not an issue anymore from what I understand. So stay at a place that has it. Unless their power goes away, then just go to the beach. LOL

Omg you’re gonna love it!! So pumped for you!

Hey Crosby, well done video. I have been going to Puerto Escondido for many years, usually 3-4 months at a time. It is a magical place.
Safe travels!
Love your videos. Wish you got more hits. But I love your content. Been sharing your stuff.
Thank you!! Working on keeping my head down and staying consistent. I really want to be able to do this full time someday!

knowing some of a local language...at least attempting to speak...shows 'respect' for the 'local' with whom you're communicating.
I’m going November, brining my mom for 6 months. Still have zero idea where to stay on the cheap cheap.
Every time I watch one of your videos I start looking for online jobs 😭 btw are you hiring? 😅

I read the government is going to invest serious money on internet in the state of Oaxaca that's including Puerto Escondido
If that’s the case, they also need to heavily invest in garbage management and infrastructure because it’s not ready for more people right now
