Gotta say one of your best videos this year. I think the editing was perfect and really enjoy the cuts between time lapse and detailed scenes. Also really like the sidewalks and roads. May have to incorporate this technique into my city someday. Great job

I ended up buying two Santa Sleigh kits. My sleigh has eight tiny reindeer now. I took the other sleigh and made a centerpiece in the town square with it. I also modified the reindeer from the Elf Clubhouse set by painting its nose red for a Rudolph. My village is nowhere as complex as yours, yours is awesome

The holiday train set was one set winter or not I couldn't do with out for my collection and so I got it just the train a few years ago and the winter village train station off Facebook marketplace it was Christmas early thanks to that. I have 3 winter village sets. I need to decide whether to either build or keep because I have had all 3 for a year or more, and all 3 will be retired in under 2 weeks.

Hey Bricksie I was wondering if you did a video on how you did a back to the lodge model? Because I'm doing my own type of Christmas village under my Christmas tree right now I started small with the winter village train station and train set.
I finally finished my 2024 winter village today, we use minifig from lots of different themes all over the village and challenge everyone who comes to visit to spot as many themes as they can as game (18 to find this year) we have our sig figs in village to find also lots of friends and family have given us minifig over the years so they are part of our winter village too
Great video! Also, I have a suggestion for some of your snow-covered trees: you should add 1x1 nose cones on top of the 2x2 dishes for the trees that don't have the fancy leaf elements.

I think this is the best winter village yet that you have done. The large area you had to set it up made a big difference on what could be done.

You could probably make the Santa's workshop into like an open back shed if you don’t want to hide the internal stuff
Should have added the CMF snowman head to the winning snowman so that it had a nose and more details and looked more deserving of the win.

Dogs like company so bringing Tico to the studio is a good idea - get him a nice sleeping area set up and some toys and he'll have a good time.
