- In this video, I share a normal day in my life as a 29 year old real estate investor where I spend the morning in Excel preparing for the day, then grab a coffee with a broker and then tour a local deal. Lastly, I finish it off at the Barnes Foundation, one of my favorite places in the city of Philadelphia

I also very much agree with your philosophy, about sticking to your standard. Sometimes I put too much considerations on how other's might feel, reluctant to say no to them, then agreeing to acquire something I don't really like or believe in, and then having a buyer's remorse at the end. I often have to remind myself, "it's business, f their feelings". Harsh it may seems.
And I'm also super glad that you consider museums as church. Yes, mate. It's very much it is! If I lived in NY, my weekly spending would consist of The Met's tickets. I'm very much impressed, man. I thought you were a hard numbers guy whose only obsessions are sports and beach-front property with infinity pool. Turns out, you are a man of culture and taste!

It's a great thing what you're putting out here. I love that as a young professional and a driven person (I'd call waking up at 6am and working out before breakfast as "very much driven"), you not only feature your works on real estate, but the personal stuff, like talking to your pup.
