- There are at least TWO canoes in this video; one up til 0:00:24, then a different one. I can't tell if the canoe at the end of the video is yet a third one, or not. But this short video will give you a clear idea of how these tradionally-styled Polynesian canoes behaved in a seaway, and some of the rigging and deck concepts the Ancient Navigators used to cross oceans in the Stone Age.

Ancient austronesians uses this type of ships to sail across the whole Pacific Ocean, they started their great migration from the Fujian and Taiwan to Hawaiʻi in a long time. Nice ship design and great nation.

The music doesn't matter. it's to give a sense of wow, for people that don't really understand it, if you don't like it, make your own video smart guy, it's obviously nit polynesian music no one is that stupid to think it is
