Yeah but I don't think there's room for another competition. UEFA is lucky that Europa League games are on the same day as the Conference League which is more games on the schedule.

There *is* one competition that needs to go, and that's the League Cup. Total waste of money. Either get rid, or do something interesting with it, like exclude Premier League sides and open it up to Scotland and Wales. Other countries do with only one domestic cup competition. It's just common sense.
It also significantly increased the quality of the Europa League as well. It also allowed for teams who don't often go far in Europe a chance - Brugge for example
