Just asking a very lame but important question. Don't you ever worry that your bike would get puncture in this kind of remote journey because you are using tubed bike? Why didn't you go for alloy wheel when they are more secure? Because I always wonder why people still choose spoked bike when there is a full chance of puncture and trapped on those roads which are very far from human habitat like kind of ladakh and how they recover when it gets puncture. What kind of bike should I prefer for this kind of riding . Please suggest since you have lot of experience in this.
