Ginger, garlic & dried red chilli paste - (1 whole garlic medium size, ginger 2 inch, dried red chilli 5)
Meat masala - 1 tbsp
Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Bay leaf - 3
Green cardamom - 10
Cinnamon stick - 3
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Mustard oil
