watching MWC since I was 10 -- when I got my first TV in my room - every weekday at 10pm Married with Children before bed for years then followed every new episode every Sunday at 8pm. I have to thank MWC for my long life sense of humor which my wife doesn't fully appreciate to this day. at the age of 42.

@@DanRaidersWarriorsSharksGiants married with children was known for not having a laugh track, they actually had to put rules in place for their studio audiences to cut the applause down, because every audience would always cheer and clap so much it affected the actual filming of the show(same situation with the Seinfeld LIVE studio audience)… this is all verifiable with the slightest use of google and just by watching the show… I’m probably arguing about this with people who weren’t even born yet when the show ended, whereas I watched it from the very first episode to the very last…

I'm surprised Fox could afford all this new sets considering NBC tried to write Friends episodes where they don't leave the apartments to save money. And NBC was a lot bigger than Fox.

If my math is correct, Monica Creel (the daughter) was in her prime aged 25 when this episode aired. Rhonda Aldrich (the mom) was a smoking 39. That is a vicious mother/daughter combo that would drive anyone crazy.
These characters couldn't be cast any better. They absolutely nailed the cast! One of the best comedies ever! Man, I miss the 80's and 90's !
