Played this for the first time last week. Very fun and dynamic and gets you really competitive. :) Really made me push my limits too, I was exhausted at the end of the hour!
I've been doing this for years, all this is: is badminton without a net... what exactly are the rules? Because this "sport" looks like it could get a bit controversial, maybe you should label it as something else because it's as much a sport as catch.
