Anywhere 66 goes through Hoosier National Forest is a great drive! Also, if you haven't done it already, check out the backroads around Magnet. Great views of the Ohio River mixed with woods and farmland!
It sounds like you are on the wrong site, but you did stop to check it out. Simply said, I enjoy the freedom of the open road. There are no set goals, although it would be nice to live long enough to see entire country. The happiness I have achieved is a personal pleasure. Get out and enjoy the scenery. I think you know this is not THE Rt 66, but a small state road that only goes a few miles. But it was nice! Hope all is well with you!
I stopped by Leavenworth which has a great view from high above The Ohio River. I will check out Magnet, all I need is a suggestion!
