My favorite part is when the Hulk throws the bad guy into the scrap pile. The pain he feels upon landing on the pile is nothing compared to the "pile driving" he and the other bad people will get in the state penn for involuntary manslaughter and attempted murder; giggle!🤭

Would've been cooler if Hulk caused the hydraulic press to break. Kind of made him look weak when he bailed out, even though he was literally holding the thing with one hand while he freed the other guy with his other hand. I guess they didn't have the budget to trash the thing.
I read somewhere that those crushers can exert like 80,000 lbs of pressure or more. Not weak!😊 In "Prometheus" he destroys a hydraulic press - it's pretty epic

It's different because it isn't pitched down like it's supposed to be, this is what Ted Cassidy's Hulk voice sounds like without the pitch.

The only episode where they didn't pitch down Ted Cassidy's voice for the Hulk. In some previews of episodes his voice isn't pitched down most likely because it was earlier takes.
Producers were trying different things out at the time. This was the first episode to feature Lou's modified and toned down Hulk make-up. The next episode used both make-ups during the course of the show. It was ultimately decided to have a less scary hulk on tv. The shows core audience during the first season was primarily teens, kids, and young adults.

It's because that's what Ted Cassidy actually sounds like when doing the Hulk voice, it's supposed to be pitched down but for some reason it wasn't in this episode.
