They should add another achievement. That being for rooms but not rooms. Basically a entity would follow you to doors. Either A-60 or the Stop Entity. But it would be rare to find them. But if you got scared by one of them you would get an achievement. OR if the Crucifix only worked in regular doors and not rooms, Maybe those Entities following you back to doors, It would allow you to use the Crucifix on them.

The green flashlight that Lego has is a reference to tattle tale, the see-through flashlight would flicker when low on battery, and you had to shake it to charge it.
