For about 12 years Ive been suffering depression and I did have a dark past. Around September 23 I started seeing angel numbers and now I now I've been really positive and loving myself more than ever before.

“Black ass” (the name that Ernest Hemingway called depression. I have had it since a child and like you when I started to see and research Angel Numbers, which led to meditations, positive acclimations and that lead to healing of my “black ass”. Not yet completely healed but getting here by baby steps.

This resonates with me. Im not seeing 444, but im seeing 44 so many times throughout the day lately, and i had a good feeling as to why im seeing it but this certainly puts it in place. 44 in general is an easier number to see then 444 but its sort of ridiculous how many times im seeing 44.
Its been a long journey to getting to where im at now, im sure there are many that had it harder then i had it but that certainly doesnt mean i wasnt trained as i like to call it. Ive been trained very well by the universe, and im so grateful for all the lessons. Not only did the universe train me to be more resilient, but it also showed me my path and what i was born to do, and just as importanly awakened my spirituality. It all happened during that time i was under duress.
