I made this dessert today for my husband and myself. I made it in a 6 inch spring form pan. It is beyond delicious 😋 Better than any special dessert at a restaurant. I will definitely use this dessert when I have company over. There is no person who wouldn't think it is yummy and a decadent dessert❤

Instead of cashews, have you thought about using a white bean? I ask because my body is NOT loving cashews any more. Possible procedure: soak well for several hours (8 or overnight, possibly more), drain & rinse wellll, add water, and blend till a smooth watery paste in high speed blender, then cook (possibly w/a tiny bit of lemon or vinegar) to remove the 'bean' taste. I've watched some vegan 'mayo' recipes here on YT using white beans, so I was thinking it might lend well to making a whipped topping substitute. Just wondering if it will work. You might have to add starch to get it to thicken right and whip up.
My husband's absolute favorite thing is ice cream cake. Even though I didn't see this until after V-day, I definitely making it for him anyway. He's going to flip his wig!

It was difficult to photograph without them just looking like a blob. We made the executive decision to just use a slice to look like a heart but personally I like the flower better 😉

My Nutribullet is a bit higher horsepower I think. You could soak the cashews for 20 minutes to an hour before blending and that will help 👍
