I had a detailed discussion with UPC product people. They said this is false propaganda . Rod is now changed , it's no longer coming with height adjustment feature because there were so many complains that ROD is getting damaged due to height adjustment feature so they stopped manufacturing the adjustable one and now sending the rod without height adjustment feature.
Oh I didn't know that...i hope they are genuine... But i received very bad quality product. And my thought is still same. Bcz next time when I ordered I got the good one.
Yes even I got the rood replacement as it had a damage...It seems they are genuine
