I did not use some kind of block for downloading (I don't know that works). Excuse me for sounding a bit defensive but the nuance of your phrase was a bit darkened by the word 'stealing'. If you mean to share this video then you can simply copy paste the URL of the video.

I went ahead and double checked everything and found that after several downloads you have to clean the RUclips downloader's cache memory with a specific command text line at the prompt.
