Cordy dude your nuts and crazy on the bike I got dizzy watching you after the ride you be needing a cold case and Kelly cooking take care happy camping
Grew up there, imagine it 30 years ago. All those trails and you were probably the only person out there. Bend is one of the greatest places to have fun in the outdoors and chill. Deschutes Brewery is the OG.
It is worth the drive to Troutdale Or. The Edgefield Inn is a whimsical place with great history. It sits on 35 acres and has a winery, distillery, Brewery, golf course, outdoor and indoor restaurants, etc. lots of trails to little cottage bars along the hiking trails, lots of art and sits on the Columbia River Gorge. Multnomah Falls are something to see with lots of hiking trails and the views are breathtaking all packed into a stunning landscape.
Awesome mountain biking video again from Bend . I have my bike serviced by a gravel rider who is from Arkansas, currently living in the Boulder Co area, and talks about the trails in Arkansas.
My wife and I purchased MTBs last summer after visiting Bend too many times without any. Although we love to camp, we found the LOGE (Bend) motel to be a great hub for our MTB needs. We can ride right from the room to many trails, or they have a drop off system where they will trailer your bike to many of the local trail heads, and you get to ride back to the motel. Outside of that, we find ourselves hitting Pacific Pizza Brew too often. Damn great pizza and their kale salad. Worthy Brewing Company has some really great food/beer. You gott check out the wood structure in the ceiling. It is repurposed from an old asylum. Oh and their "Binge worthy brussel sprouts". And for breakfast, hands down McKay Cottage Restaurant. Great coffee, and filling breaky.
One of our followers just sent us a screenshot of our rig in the background of your shot looking for a camp site in the national forest 😂😂😂 Wish we could have met y’all in really life while we were there!
I want to get a mountain bike cuz it looks like so much fun, UNTIL, that is, I see a video like today’s and Cody’s zippin through trees and coming close to hitting them and my heart falls to my pinkie toe and I lose my breath and feel like I need to close my eyes but still keep one eye open cuz I gotta see the trail and love to feel like I’m actually riding so when it’s over I can finally … innnnhale, exxxxhale … take a breath. That was awesome!! Does getting my heart rate up just from watching you ride count as exercise for me?!?! 😂🤣😅😁
My favorite truck camper is built in Bend, OR. See if you can get a tour of Host Truck Campers, I like the Cascade 10.5. Nearby in LaGrande, OR is my 2nd fave truck camper from Northwood Mfg. is Arctic Fox Truck campers, I like the 1140 dry bath model
Sisters Oregon, just northwest of Bend has a whole lot of free Boondocking....My guess you guys are long gone from the area by now....Travel safe, be well...
We do this so the bike do not get ruined or stolen on the road. There way to expensive to have them on the front of the truck 24/7. It would also be more work to clean the calibers, chains, and etc before every ride as well. That’s if we left them on the outside of the truck. That’s fine for a few week trip but not for us full timers.
I'm with you on the drops and jumps, Kelli. I realized that if I kept doing that stuff, it was only a matter of time before I would be in the hospital. If you are ever in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, try the Turkey Creek trails on the west side of town. The prettiest place I've ever ridden and it's not technical but just miles and miles of flowy singletrack.
We loved Bend Oregon. We visited Flyte Camp while there. They restore old trailers and have built a few prototype RVs. They have a RUclips channel also.
If your iron is properly and consistently cured, food shouldn’t stick. use your iron to fry bacon. A LOT of bacon. After each fry, just wipe it off. The best way to keep your iron cured is to use it, plus, everything’s better with bacon!!!
HI CODY & KELLIE 👋 THE AREA & THE MTB RIDE / TRAIL LOOKED LIKE A LOT OF FUN . THE FOOD LOOKED MIGHTY TASTY LOOKIN TOO ! THE WEATHER THERE LOOKED GORGEOUS GLAD IT STAYED NICE FOR YOU'LL. BE SAFE ! HAVE FUN ! ENJOYED 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 GOD BLESS YOU BOTH ALWAYS ON YOUR ADVENTURES 🙏 THANK YOU 🙏
What did you put in the disc breaks when you were packing the bikes up for storage? We take our rear wheels off a lot when we transport them. I am wondering if we should be doing this too?
When I was young my husband he bought me Japanese used scooter everything you have to connect computer it will tell you what problem I go nut because it's in Japanese language
Kelli , I'm right there with ya...I LOVE cream of wheat!! My husband can't stand it either😂. Awesome video...the quality of your vlog is amazing, Cody. It looks so 3 dimensional, like I could jump right in! Thanks for great content...I'm always waiting for the next one! ❤
I can’t wait for tonight’s video! My parents used to live in Ashland Oregon, which is sort of near the border of California and Oregon. Is there going to be a video this Sunday or are you sure yet?
My kind of trail, in the woods, a workout, but it won't decimate this old body. Cody, your riding skills look superior to your fishing talents. LOL Just teasing, i used to take my boat out in the Gulf of Mexico and troll for hours, didn't care it i caught a fish or not.
Love MTBing trails like these, but also want to protect our bikes. It is very common for people to cut your locks and take them off the back of your vehicles. We also spend many hours on muddy and dusty roads. The bikes spending year round on the back of a vehicle will cause major damage to the drive train components when driving those conditions. This can add up to hundreds of dollars for components to replace. All in all protecting them because they were not cheap to buy.
@@CodyandKellie Thank you for your insight and getting back so quickly. I know the bus lifers go pretty all out for their locks I'm glad it doesn't have to be like that and y'all feel safe.
So glad you are enjoying Oregon. We have lived here 40 years. Love your adventures.
Thank you for answering my question about your bikes! Also appreciate the Mountain Bike Project resource.
Cordy dude your nuts and crazy on the bike I got dizzy watching you after the ride you be needing a cold case and Kelly cooking take care happy camping
Thanks for the breakfast sandwich recipe!
Nice riding skills Cody. And Kellie is no slacker.

THANKS FOR THE ADRENALINE RUSH!!! ❤❤❤
I love mountain biking trails. Great vlog guys keep it up please
Thanks for sharing he likes to work on bicycles when he was young I like to do like that
Cody was cruising looked like fun. I felt like I was riding with him doing the turns in my chair hehe.
Wow! The end of that rail road beam it looked pretty glim!

That was fun, as always!!
Wow this is fantastic 😊 we enjoyed it so much
Phenomenal!
Awesome mountain biking video again from Bend . I have my bike serviced by a gravel rider who is from Arkansas, currently living in the Boulder Co area, and talks about the trails in Arkansas.
So much fun! I live in AZ and I road trip with my dog. Kelli, I love cream of wheat too❣️ thanks for the motivation to keep on road tripping.

Cream of wheat is the bomb one of my favorites for breakfast
Nice mountain bike ride (my favorite thing to do) and the burgers looked um um!
You all are "Rollin!" Watch out for those trees! Yikes! Looks fun, but very dangerous! 😱
One of our followers just sent us a screenshot of our rig in the background of your shot looking for a camp site in the national forest 😂😂😂 Wish we could have met y’all in really life while we were there!
How crazy is that!
I've only heard of breakneck speed, but I saw it tonight in this vlog!!
I'm a fan of cream of wheat too Kellie!

Cody, I am with ya on the "Cream of Wheat". I live about 200 miles from Bend. Never been. But I have been to Joseph Or. Very beautiful.
We are living through your many adventures! Thank you for the ride!!
Love it! ❤
Mountain biking looks fun but I’m so clumsy I’d probably end up in the hospital.
Cody looked like he needs a few days to ride out there. Enjoy.
By the way I live Cream of Wheat. It bring good childhood memories.
I might be moving to Redmond Oregon for work which is 20 minutes away from Bend!
Great brewery! I've been there in the past few years. Cool place! Bend is great, I hope you guys get to see the cascade lakes and crater lake!
If you haven’t left the area, check out Smith Rock state park and Lake Billy Chinook. A little north of Bend.
Find the Edgefield inn out by Multnomah Falls
Cody, you scare the shit outta me when you ride!
Cream of wheat is delicious!
Cool trails I used to have a Giant 650 till my ex roommate borrowed it never returned it if ever in so cal got to try big bear ski slopes it's a blast
There's a great boondocking area about 5ish miles north of Sisters. TONS of spots. It's a tad dusty, but well worth it.
All the breweries have food in Bend.

You can get a 9 volt air conditioner for your 110 air conditioner...
Step up Kellie. Malt-O-Meal is the Bomb.
2023 new Honda shine 100cc came out bike it's very nice I really like the engine
Sisters Oregon, just northwest of Bend has a whole lot of free Boondocking....My guess you guys are long gone from the area by now....Travel safe, be well...
I just commented the same thing😂
Get a front hitch mount for a bike rack . That’s way too much work assembly and disassembly.

Cody you are a working machine!! 👏🏻👏🏻
Cream of Wheat with milk and sugar is fab.u.lous.
I did watch few other videos different people van camping they all ways review electric bicycles
I worry about you when you go so fast. The trees are so close! Please be careful.
Awesome biking!
😊👍😊 love all the breweries n local beers
Awesome!😊

Wow just missed you guys! I spent the week in Bend, Did some whitewater rafting and some fishing!
Hi from Memphis Tennessee glad to see 👀 yall again love going places with yall
Another great adventure with you guys ❤
I have been meaning to ask Kellie how she cleans her cast irons after cooking. I’ve been told just to wipe them out, but how does one get food off it?
If your iron is properly and consistently cured, food shouldn’t stick. use your iron to fry bacon. A LOT of bacon. After each fry, just wipe it off. The best way to keep your iron cured is to use it, plus, everything’s better with bacon!!!
Yep I just wipe it out
You shouldn't cook tomato sauce
Be doing it for years and it’s all good. Besides I have no other pan.
I've been looking at the GIANT bikes. you guys have hardtails right? they seem affordable compared to some of the others I have checked out.
There both full suspension. Hard tails do not have that shock under the seat
@@CodyandKellie i missed the underneath suspension then. big spenders lol! I want one. Just gotta quit purchasing kayaks first! Lol
With my scooter I east to do yoga dance riding

What did you put in the disc breaks when you were packing the bikes up for storage? We take our rear wheels off a lot when we transport them. I am wondering if we should be doing this too?
It was a piece of cardboard. We have hydraulic brands and don’t eat the calibers to be squeezed together
When I was young my husband he bought me Japanese used scooter everything you have to connect computer it will tell you what problem I go nut because it's in Japanese language
💙 Watching from Winchester Bay on the Coast of Oregon. 🌴 #davesandersstepdaughter
That ride down the hill looked brutal, super normal, I was experiencing it with you 😁 Good luck on your journey!

For me, that was nerve racking. 😮
Both breakfasts looked good. 😀 Great adventure guys. Super fun watching. God bless you two. Happy trails.
What great riding skills, Cody! 😅 love you guys , I look forward to all your shows. 😊
Great content in your videos. Appreciate what y’all are doing. More mtb videos please. I ride Giant also. Thanks!
I can’t wait for tonight’s video! My parents used to live in Ashland Oregon, which is sort of near the border of California and Oregon. Is there going to be a video this Sunday or are you sure yet?
Yes Sunday vlog for sure

Why in the world would you want to go to all that trouble to take your bikes apart every single time and then have to put them back together again
How did you feel parking your rig in town? I'm curious about your security upgrades in the camper since the trailer incident.
We feel fine about it
@@CodyandKellie Thank you for your insight and getting back so quickly. I know the bus lifers go pretty all out for their locks I'm glad it doesn't have to be like that and y'all feel safe.
Kelly looks much better to me, hehehe.
Should do a colab with @caseyledelle...maybe a cleanup.
