Thats why I added the little bit of road footage that I did. I went from a 49 tooth rear sprocket to a 51. I wish it was geared a tad lower in the woods but I didnt want to give up any highway speed. 80mph is still pretty easy. My brother and I did a 500 mile offroad trip with a few road sections and in 3 days I never got tired of being on the bike.
I had wanted a bigger displacement bike for that type riding but I always find myself trying trails or obstacles that are way too aggressive for something like a T7 or 690 enduro. The kove is good on the road and fantastic in high speed offroad. Its decent at singletrack and tight stuff. My main complaints would be the low rpm fueling and high gearing, also the carbon "skid" plate. The tune and pipe should help with the low rpm stuff, and im working on a better skid plate. I know there is no perfect do everything bike but the kove is damn good.
Great to see the mosko r40 on a kove. I should get my kove 450 in may. I planning to use my r40 too. Have you tried to just loop the straps around the frame somewhere instead of using those mount? Nice jump with Kove🙌🔥🔥. Man I really like the airbox sound it makes, I can’t wait to get mine 🤙
I have looped them directly to the frame. The problem with that is nothing keeps the straps from sliding up and down. Most people wont have an issue with that but I did the way I ride. This setup secures the bags very well and only takes a few seconds to remove.
Just wow! Riding that single track with bags on too! Amazing job. Hurt thumb and all. Well done
These bikes really do seem like they could be the ultimate touring machine

Yeah thinking bdr type riding. 80s, off-road with luggage. 8gal fuel. Awesome!

@@TMBchopshop makes sense! Thanks! Keep riding that Kove hard! It’s great to see this bike can take a beating.
If mosko moto doesn't use clips of this video for advertisement they are missing out
