Personally, I think it is impossible for me to pick a favorite monster, I love them all. However, if I picked a favorite from each magical island, I would have to go with: Gloptic, Whimmzies, Clackula, Gob, and Mushaboom.
My top 10 (out of the ones on Sanctum): 10. Knucklehead. He’s just… wood with fists. 9. Deja-jin. A cool Sanctum monster, design and sound. 8. Clackula. All around, Bone or Sanctum, Clackula is just cool-ick clack. 7. Frondley. mmmMmMMmMMMMmMMM 6. Roarick. He’s a good monster when it comes to duets in that secret verse, it works with Enchantling, G’Day, Frondley, even Mushaboom who doesn’t really get much love anymore. 5. G’Day. As mentioned before, G’Day works well with Roarick, and him and Frondley go together like… peanut butter and jelly. 4. Mushaboom. I know Mushaboom doesn’t get “mush” love these days, but it’s still a great monster. I mean, it basically has a built-in DRUM KIT, for crying out loud. 3. Osstax. Oh boy, we’re entering the top 3. This is where things get hard. Osstax is a stack of heads, and I like that about it because that must mean it has triple the brain power of other monsters, like Fluoress (just using it as an example, not mentioning later) 2. Enchantling. My favourite quad element BY FAR, even surpassing *Y e l m u t*. It’s song is also just 👌. If you’re wondering why Enchantling is not number 1, then look no further. 1. Xyster. Where do I even start with Xyster? It has a cool design, and it’s song is just epic. I think it’s based off of older times and the fact that it uses its TAIL to play music, now _that_ is cool. Xyster is even related to Ghazt, one of my favourite ethereals, and perhaps somewhat related to Withur, my favourite non-Sanctum magical
I have a theory maybe hallo is based off of the Pokémon mimikyu. Mimikyu is a Pokémon the is a *black blob* that is *hiding in side something* just like hallo I believe that hallo may be based off of mimikyu
