Fun fact: goat’s voice is in the game. If you go into golf and miss a hole shot, you’ll hear toons being disappointed, but mixed into it is a surprisingly loud-ish “baaa” ing noise, which is for sure the goat, since lani got credited for it. (Also, Spotify isn’t all of pandora, it is missing a LOT of textures and models, major thing I can currently think of is the first toontown build, which we are definitely missing the city background for, as well as the map and actual buildings, assuming those weren’t written over)
The voice actor also confirmed through Twitter that they recorded voicelines for the goat.
Something about your videos gives me motivation to make my own content, you don’t understand how much I enjoy your content ahahaha

To clarify, none of the content for Cog Invasion Online was scrapped, it was never completed before the project was discontinued.

i have a idea for the c.i.o boss
you and other toons have to help a toon to hack the techbots computers(the computers would be connected to the c.i.o)so you have to do 3 task to get chips 1.fight cogs 2.maze 3.cog theft(instead of them taking barrels they take modeters) and when you get all 3 chips the c.i.o stops you and she sends cogs to fight you and when your done fighting all cogs and then you use throw to stun the c.i.o for the toon to hack the computers then in 7 minutes the toon hacks the computers witch they get a virus and they explode and the c.i.o explodes so yeah that's my idea
I think TTO had a task that told you to help a low toon defeat a VP. It wasn’t related to Storm Sellbot as it was a mandatory task somewhere in the DDL taskline. I’ve been looking everywhere for more information on it as I found it very interesting.

I really hope some servers actually use some of this scrapped content! It would be sucu a horrible waste for all of this to just disappear

Uploader of the unused Sing Feature here, I noticed the code for it is in fact in Japan 2010 which ran on a pretty late/early 2008 to 2009 source the code for it there was already done and complete yet no sound files were included with it however in a 2010 client they were most likely added with the Silly Meter, those unfinished sounds can be found only for duck and bear (other Toons also got sounds but they really just reuse bear and duck.), which was probably completed before the whole thing was scrapped. Oddly enough I would say the feature was pretty much ready to be used except for the Toon sounds and would have been added around 2010-ish.

If desert storm or tooniversal ever closes I'd love to see their cog departments and even some cool ideas transfer over to Corporate Clash.
Imagine having the politibots, techbots, lawbots, cashbots, sellbots, bossbots, pressbots AND boardbots all in one game?! It would be insane!
Also if anyone is concerned that it will get overwhelming don't worry, some of the departments could be limited only to another map (like a page 2 or cog nation) to make that experience more exclusive. That and I doubt techbots would wander away from their home of operation!
@correctly paved Yes and no, the additions would be more akin to inside departments; like the alpha idea of a cog hq where each cog part for your suit would be represented by each cog type.
But it would be more like departments of the cog hq itself being shared by each of them. They would be exclusive to the area the cog hub area and their own departments.
It would also help flesh out the cog's own town/nation by showing what's going behind the scenes. Eg. the technology dept. the news dept. the management dept. and the Director Dept. (representing tech bot, pressbot, politibot and boardbot respectively), all showing a cog society.
