If possible/ not imposing to do so, could I ask for techniques or strategies on how to perform the throw for bad guy elimination? It seems to consistently give more points than normal. It kind of makes me want to try a playthrough using only it (where applicable)

In order to throw the "Foot Soldier(s)" against the screen, you just have to stun him by hitting him once, then press towards to get close to him and attack again, and you should throw him against the screen.
You will receive 3 points each time when you throw a "Foot Soldier" against the screen.
      That's all.

How much Krang isn't doing any cheap punches or attacks?

Krang's theft of the Statue of Liberty is the focal point of the story of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time. In the first stage (Big Apple, 3 AM), his oversized android will attempt to fry the Turtles with its lasers. The android returns back in its (relative) normal size at the end of Neon Night-Riders. Krang, here, as a dashing kick, chest missiles, a hammer punch, and fires some sort of explosives from the android's mouth. He returns in Starbase: Where No Turtle Has Gone Before in an awkward flying saucer, attempting to trap Turtles in bubbles, and dropping Flippers.
