Chavu of keechakan is coming to the memory.There is a story of a Royal family(kodumgalloor?) member who was practicing keechakans" chavu " keeping an Ayurveda "grandham" concentrating and immitating maranalakshnams(signs of death) His uncle who himself was a Ayurveda doc called him and asked him to stop.He understood the his immitations were so real at the end he may die..such was the honesty of artists.....as told to me by my father (Punnathur) Iam 78 .....
Puthana was a demoness whose job was to kill newborn babies. She was appointed by Kamsa, the maternal uncle of Shri Krishna, to eliminate the one who according to him, shall be the cause of his death.
