I don't feel bad for him because it seems as though he put all his trust in their relationship and with the children he had with her. If he had already given a vast majority of his wealth to all the other kids he has outside of this marriage, then that would be less she could reason to take from him. If the claims of him not helping his other adult children substantially is true, then I must be honest; I'm disgusted that his children outside of wedlock haven't received little to none of his wealth. Life gets real. People who marry that early are shocked how much their partner changes. They're in love with the old version and the new version doesn't like the old version anymore. After around 5-10 years of fighting they split. People who get married later in life are less likely to divorce because they are more mature and have become who they are.
Marriage is a cooperative effort. It takes two to tango. If one party doesn't want to move then you got one person twerking on a disinterested party.
