आनंद बक्षी साहब ने फिल्म कुली मे एक गीत लिखा था "" मुझे पिने का शौक नही, पिता हु गम भुलाने को, तेरी यादे मिटाने को, पिता हु गम भुलाने को "" बक्षी साहब को क्या गम था की, उन्होने शराब और सिगरेट को अत्याधिक सेवन करते रहे और अपनी बेशकिमती जान गवाई, केवल 72 वषँ की आयु मे उनका चले जाना, आजतक मै अपने जहन मे पचा नही पा रहा हु, आज भी उनकी याद मुझे जिस समय आती है मेरे आँखो से आँसु बह निकलते है ! वह अगर कुछ साल जिंदा होते तो ?
