I gave this cover all I have.

The fear of creating this song was paralyzing as this is my favorite song. I've tried before and lost everything after hours of working on it. I had a feeling in my heart last night that it was time to go back. After creating this, I was so drained that I almost deleted it thinking it just was not going to work. I fell asleep and woke up to realize I created something that hits me so hard I can't watch it right now.
The version I created is a reflection of my life up until this point. The past couple years I have felt immense pain from loss, change and betrayals. In the presence of rejection this instrument has saved me. It has allowed me to keep moving on days that I feel like I actually cannot physically function. To me this song is a reflection of someone who continues to pursuit something they love relentlessly regardless of absolutely anything.
I couldn't stop tearing up as I was playing because this song is a result of some really dark times that I have conquered.
