“Oh look, this other driver has made a mistake or hasn’t paid attention. Better speed up and beep my horn.”
Yeah true! And when someone gets out and threatens people they curl up into a little ball and run! Its like everyone is tough behind a horn and an escape route
Speed up and have a collision. Much more fun!
@@SimonBlandford whitch video are u talking about?
@@sevtrucker6642 Talking generally. Pushing forward into a hazard, or actively blocking/frustrating another road user, to express anger is never a good idea and increases the risk of a collision. Didn't see it in this episode but there are definitely other episodes where the dash-cam guy just pushed forward to grandstand a situation and ended up having a collision.
Some are fine alot of videos put up with a mildly inconvenienced driver. Like 2.42 and the red car on roundabout before that. Plenty of time to allow that car to go but speeds up to make a points.
> Notices a hazard up ahead
> Clip incoming
> Accelerates
Haha that's all I keep seeing aswell
"oh that person wants to turn out of a side street huh?" ACCELERATE!
I know these people are sending there own clips of them being the dodgy drivers lol trying to make out it's the other driver that's the problem, the irony lol
Who here after seeing the Porsche POV for the 6:07 incident in Compilation 7 - 2020 XD
Me
Me
Haha yes! Personally I reckon the Porsche is in the wrong. The van shouldn't be tailgating but causing an accident by brake checking is inexcusable
it's good to see the other POV, Graham isn't so smart for uploading the footage, I didn't think. lol
me but you don't see the porsche pick up a passenger on a T junction and then pull away right in front of the van (who was trying to go around legally) before this clip
1:12 "I told you, didn't I?" Yes, Harry B, you were in the wrong lane !
pmailkeey haha I was looking for this comment.
As a Belgian I don't fully get your system for roundabouts. The white van had the full right to stay on the roundabout didn't he? It's the driver pov that is in fault here isn't it?
@@kalkoeng6325 The junction is a single lane exit: www.google.com/maps/@51.5768679,-1.7330402,3a,75y,93.14h,62.56t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s5L6R_BEvtcyUqBNrqlF0QQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192
So anyone wanting to exit there would be best placed in the left lane - the truck ahead of the van and the cammer made life potentially difficult for themselves by not being in a lane to take the exit. Fortunately, the truck didn't cut anyone up.
And yes, the van was in the right to take either route and while no signal to stay on the roundabout was necessary, it would have been courteous.
We have various designs of roundabouts and exit lane configurations. The overriding fact are the lane lines as to which lane should be used for going where.
Some of our roundabouts are what I call 'spirabouts' - the lanes all spiral out by one lane as you pass every exit - so in theory, by the time you come to your exit, you're already in the outermost lane - which is ideal and which I try to aim for on most roundabouts I use. It just makes the process less conflicting with other traffic.
@@millomweb thanks
Yeah Harry B's fault, in right hand lane but wanted to go left and tries to blame the white van for going straight on in own lane which he was entitled to do. Harry, are you sure you've passed your driving test?
4:08 should be 12 points. So you make a mistake on the motorway, come off the wrong junction, fine it happens. Then instead of doing the sensible thing and following the junction back on you put everybody's life at risk by trying to do one of the most dangerous things possible on a road in the UK - illegally rejoin across solid whites from a standing start in a shitbox with no hard shoulder. Absolutely insane that would be a competent driver's first choice. Shouldn't be allowed to drive again, no ifs or buts.
Absolutely, should be up their with reversing down a slip road!
And if it turns out to be one of those junctions where there is no way back on to it (there are several that come to mind like the A14/M6/M1 junctions) then tough lol.
@@HelenM8811 Checked it out on google earth, you head towards the port, take next junction off and go around the roundabout, carry on as you were. It's like an extra mile out the way to not try to kill people.
@@HelenM8811 took the wrong junction on M6 because of road works drove to the next junction and turned around. I guess I could of just drove across and endangered peoples lives but so much easier to just take to mistake. Why others can never do this is crazy 😂
@@felicitymorgan2456 I did exactly this on the M6. Made me a half hour late to uni, but at least I made it there alive. I've also taken a half hour detour by taking the wrong exit and heading to Coventry instead of Birmingham. Again, I didn't die and neither did anyone else.
I agree. Lifetime ban from me.
quick someone is trying to join the motorway - speed up and don't let them in
Chris Hallworth that was so stupid
Disagree. The merger should definitely not have undertook him
@@marklawrence6585 he shouldn't have undertook him but the idiot with the camera shouldn't speed up and almost cause a crash just to prove a point.
Easy rule for the motorway. If there's not enough room for a car to easily fit in the gap in front of you, without causing any sort of incident, YOU'RE TOO CLOSE. Easy, even for beginning drivers.
That was Clackstars Dash Cam. You want to watch his channel. You are almost always guaranteed driving muppetry from Clackstars himself! He's supposed to be a professional truck driver but he loves a bit of road rage.
Jack S, you donut, you could see them pulling out and you accelerate to be a knob. Once someone is already on the roundabout before you're on it, make way for them ya knobber.
Seems to be a lot of bad and aggressive driving by the drivers with the dash cams racing up to other motorists , braking sharply and sounding their horns as if they are the aggrieved party when the reality is that they should drive more considerately
LJ Garrison haha knobber, Haven’t heard that one before
Give way to the right? Applies to other people too, not just cammers.
@@Loosehead You're right, but they both entered the roundabout at broadly the same time when both had clear way to do so. Jack S tried accelerating as if he were joining lane 3 of a motorway from a standing start. Had he entered the roundabout in a more sensible, controlled manner, this non-incident would never have occurred. Hence, to use the term above, knobber.
"Watch these videos 24 hours earlier with patreon" if I ever have heard anything that is less of an incentive than that in my life then I don't know what it is.

Some of your videos, Chris F, are a total overreaction of the situation. Some really poor driving in this week's video and that just some of the dashcammers!
Standards are dropping, seems dash camers are going all out to get some footage. Dashcam drivers are becoming the new Audi/BMW wankers, think they own the road.
People make a minor mistake that me or you see everyday and would not even bat an eyelid over, dashcamer makes a big deal out of it and goes in foot to the floor, horn blaring attempting to make the minor mishap a big deal.
The car pulled out behind a queue of traffic too.
He's the twat that made the mistake in some
In at least 1/3rd of these videos the cammer is at fault (especially Chris F)
At least 2/3's....
4:30 As the oncoming car was running out of slip road the prick driving the camera car should have let him in, but no he had to have a rave at the other driver.
@Carcantos Cartinho lol or the cammer could just tap their brakes and let them in, there's no need to be a dick and accelerate
Its a give way line. Incomers have to give way, not the other way round. Its up to the incoming car to find a safe place to merge with the existing traffic, not expect to be let in.
@@Loosehead Nope. It was the end of the slip road. He should've merged earlier but at that point you can't stop, you have to join. Cammer should've been more aware.
@Carcantos Cartinho Clackstars needs to be re-trained. Would he prefer to give way to someone that does not have the right of way, or be partly responsible for a nasty accident and possibly loss of life.
@@wardos5017 it depends what's to the right and immediately behind. If there's someone alongside and also someone very close behind (I'm not referring to whether they should be that close, simply if they are, as it happens at times), then tapping your brakes would be dangerous. In this case, it would be up to the merging car to realise that the vehicle in the first lane can't a) go anywhere or b) slow to let them in, in which case they should slot in behind. Everybody should be aware and merge in the safest way based on position of vehicles at that time.
Rob was tailgating rob was brake checked Rob failed pml
the porsche driver still has to pay as he brake checked him on camera
brake checkers should be instant license confiscation.
Actually the stupid law is whoever rams is at fault. It's stupid tho. Nice car lol
Tachanka Not when they’re purposely brake checked. If it wasn’t on camera though, it would have been their fault.

Innit what I dick, I have a pretty slow car so pulling away is sometime hard even if I'm raggin the shit out of it 😂

Dan458 N.1 yeah but it’s silly to try and race the traffic. Driver should’ve slowed up and waited for the traffic which matched his speed or for a gap he could slip into

Alex eniomeL what is he supposed to do drive in trees and crash?
Dan458 N.1 there is always an opportunity to merge if you match your speed to the speed of traffic on the carriageway.

Exactly they were in the far right lane wanting to exit???
No idea what this guys deal is. He's the one nearly driving into the van trying to cut lanes...
whats the actual rule for these 2 lane fork intersections? we don't have them where i am from. you see this "left lane goes right, right lane goes left" cock up at least once in every uk dash cam video.
who has right of way? are you even allowed to make this maneuver, or should the left land go left and right land go right? where i am from the person crossing the white line would be deemed to be turning and have to give way.
Josh Jones you could see what was going to happen from the second the clip started!
@@jrs4516 the lanes work differently on different roundabouts which is why so many people end up in the wrong lane when they aren't used to the roundabout they're on. In this clip, it's a big roundabout so the right lane is only for going most of the way round the roundabout (probably onto a dual carriageway) so you can't just cut across the left lane to come off or you'll hit someone

It's always scary and unsettling whenever you watch these videos, purely because of the fact that these drivers' first reactions are to blast their horns and shout instead of using their brakes to manoeuvre. It's absolutely piss poor.

3 things to take away from this video:
1) People in the UK need to learn how to use roundabouts.

Obviously forgot or never did hazard perception.
He kind of forgot he is allegedly a good driver at that moment.
The bus also has to use the right hand lane because the left goes toward the cinema. Any common sense/knowledge of the area (he sounds like he’s from round here) would’ve prevented that
“ U FOCKING WANKER “ 😂😂😂😂😂😂
5:02 what was wrong with that?
I'm guessing the van was speeding but other than that it was an ok place to overtake. No other cars in sight.
Most probably speeding
"Oh boy this will make a great RUclips video!"
3:58 both lanes go left. Arrows on the road show this. So why veer to the right before even exiting and then sounding off at the car for being there?
The signs at this junction state that cars in the right lane are to move over to the furthest right hand lane for M27, left hand lane is to adopt center lane for M27 or left lane for Portsmouth. That's why they moved over. The signage was only changed a few months ago and people are still figuring it out.
If you follow the markings on the road, the lane he was in should move right, he drives across the lane markings. You can see the issue at 3:59
Even though the sign says that, the cam car is driving needlessly aggressively. Would it kill the driver to ease off the throttle and move over following the car?
6:10 Oh look it’s Graham in his Porsche from compilation 7, acting like a knob head and brake checking the van.
I dont think brakechecking is EVER acceptable, but Rob was way too fucking close at 30mph
Chris F, where did you get your license? From a cereal box?
9:07 Guys, if you get a dashcam, do take a minute to set the right date/time. Why give defence lawyers the chance to say the footage was 'not related' to the alleged incident?
5:02 what's the issue?
a lot of the ppl with the dash cams need anger management classes
0:47 is there enough bass there m8 lol
Susan doing the classic "I'm in the wrong lane at a roundabout but will cut across another one to get to my exit" trick that we see EVERY week
4:58 Luke everything ok Hun? Comment if you need to talk 😂🤣
It's like he paused to charge the anger up
I'm good sweetie wby
Colin B has the best driving tracks lol.
3:43 Unfortunate that the council had the kerbside built out in to a lane. I'd imagine that catches many out that have never driven there.
Doesn't mean you can cut up the person in lane 2 though
@@dennisphoenix1 Didn't say it did!
@@DonPablo2011
Yeah, it's a pretty stupid layout and whoever green lit it clearly doesn't drive.
@ Agreed.
At 2:10 the van turned off and then came back? Did Adam beep his horn. Very strange behvaiour if unprovoked. Or a different van
4:29 congratz "Clackstars Dash Cam" you are speeding up to prevent that dude from merging into your lane.
Whats the problem letting go off the gas pedal for a couple seconds????
Your car isnt as big as your ego....
Fairly sure hes in a truck and that car is in his blind spot xD
@@cerberus276gaming6 or a bus perhaps? Either way, truck or bus - still has blind spots
Fairly sure it's also the cars responsibility to merge safely. That wasn't a big enough gap, especially as it was a lorry
It is not a merge line it is a give way line .There is traffic to his right so he cant move over, the car joining should have joined behind him ,there isn't enough room between the car in front and the truck
I was about to say what the two comments above say. The people in the lane DO NOT have to give way to people wanting to join the motorway. It is their responsibility to join the traffic lane safely.
Rob, that wasn’t the Cayenne drivers fault. After the first brake you should’ve clicked that he was wanting more space. If he had to emergency stop the same thing would’ve happened.
What you say is true, but brake checking in the UK is against the law, and classed as dangerous driving. Rob was at fault, but because the car in front brake checked, he too will probably be found at fault.
