Boris Johnson was not a cameo, he was a regular cast member for years. He was one of the 9 actors to portray Ben Mitchell.
Lol cant stop lauging
He's in every episode but sadly the director always edits out the scenes of characters walking in dog shit.
@@kevintitman6985 he still keeps in touch with wellard
No he wasn’t. SIX actors have played Ben actually.
@@Guitar-qv6gu Looks like we’ve found the thicko
Some of these aren't 'celebrity cameos', they're just clips of actors who happened to be in EastEnders at some point in their career. Tom Ellis didn't just come out of nowhere and find himself in Miranda and Lucifer, he's a working actor.
DOCTOR WHO
Even David Walliams acting in Eastenders still feels like a Little Britain Skit.
Can’t take him seriously at all 🤣
Tom Ellis? Are you kidding me? He was the square's GP, and he fell in love with Little Mo. He stayed for more than a cameo.
What's the official definition for the length of time that a character must be in a show for them to not be considered "a cameo"?
Tom Ellis was in it for 29 episodes over a less-than-four-month period from 30th January 2006 to 26th May 2006 for example.
@@scmtuk3662 But was he so well known previously for it to be considered a cameo?
@@scmtuk3662 a cameo is like the scene with Boris Johnson. When you make an appearance out of the blue within an episode and gone again in that same episode. Like how they did Stan lee in the marvel films. You see him for like 30sec-1minute, they highlight him in some way and then he’s gone. That’s what most people consider a cameo
@@gloverdragon6854 So, basically, whoever made this video, thinks that "cameo" means "someone who appeared in EastEnders that later became more famous" or something?
Also, the actual definition of "cameo" is pretty much what you said: "A single very brief appearance, especially by a prominent celebrity in a movie or song"
Specifically, a "cameo", short for "cameo role", is when a famous celebrity appears in a movie or song, _but_ they generally appear as themselves. Like you said, Boris Johnson, but also Harry Redknapp for example.
Literally half of the BGT judges were on this show😂
Amanda holden is look at 5:39
A cameo is an appearance by a celebrity who is already famous. Most of these aren't cameos but early acting roles for newcomers trying to make their way.
U r wrong. A cameo is someone appearing as themselves or a writer/director of the show appearing in a one off episode.
Tom Ellis did not have a cameo in Eastenders he was a regular cast member for over a year.
Less than 4 months. 30th January 2006 - 26th May 2006
@@scmtuk3662 still wouldn’t class as a cameo.
@@italianjesus99 totally agree!
I’m waiting for I’m the devil 😂
Here on this channel it's a cameo 😏
Joseph Marcell who played Geoffrey in Fresh Prince Of Bel Air appeared in Eastenders
Damm this brings back memories, eastenders is where i first found tom ellis and seeing the actor he is today is incredible love his work. He was a actual casted character so he wasn't a cameo and wasn't the celebrity he is now back then
Shiela Hancock was a recurring character not a cameo. Tom Ellis was in the show for a while as well
What about when June Whitfield played a nun? When Kat said "I didn't become a bit of a slag. I became a TOTAL SLAAAAG"?
Oh yeah I remember her, I think it was when Kat was searching for her son
That was an Absolutely Fabulous cameo! LOL I couldn't resist it!
At one point in the 2000s, Ron Moody had a brief stint as an old rival of Jim Branning, anyone remember that?
Was he reviewing the situation?
@@robsmithracing i heard he picked a pocket or two
If you don’t want Tom Ellis, Little Mo, I’ll take him 😂
That’s right before he was Lucifer Tom Ellis was Oliver.
He was also Gary in Miranda
He was also in the last couple of episodes of season 3 of doctor who
@@Rebecca_Bailey Lovely Gary!
Wow I didn't know David Walliams was in eastenders 😳
Lol this was enjoyable. A great watch. This isn’t just nostalgia talking here when I say this but i have to say oldskl eastenders acting was top notch stuff. Look at the scene with Arthur, it’s like your own grandad or teacher or significant person to you passing down a life teaching lesson there. Very touching.
Agreed , most soaps nowadays are terribly acted and have unreal conversations, they used to feel so real , eastenders was elite back in the day
Acting in some parts is just as good today. Steve McFadden, Gillian Wright, Jake Wood, Lacey Turner to name a few.
Wow that first scene really shows off the sets
Where is Harry Redknapp?
15:27 the vicar looks like Prince Charles! He makes a cameo next week on eastenders, but didn't know he made a cameo here too lol
Tom Ellis wasn’t a cameo… he was a main character
To the person who is reading this even though I don't know you but I wish you all the best for what life has to offer
You said how. I think you meant to say who 🙂
Thank you very much
@@DanBen07 ooof
I absolutely send that back too. I wish you life and light and love. What a beautiful comment from an amazing person (whoever you may be and wherever you may be) thank you for you comment it's beautiful.
@@BLUEWOLFOFNIGHFIRE shut your mouth
You forgot Stephen K. Amos! He played a doctor.
Lord Grantham getting Paulined 😂
its GOOD... being gentle
I'm pretty sure Jonny Lee Miller also had a cameo on Keeping Up Appearances as Rose's boytoy in that episode where Daisy tried to make Onslow jealous.
Babs: A man who devotes his entire life to serving society!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gimme a break!!!!
devoting his entire life to being an out-of-touch rich nob who gives his mates a pass on paying their taxes more like lol
Now that's a cursed image of Boris if I've ever seen one. He looks like he has had 10 joints in a row.
Goldie was the best of the lot proper bad arse
Damn the devil can run 😂
Barbara Windsor and Una Stubbs were in an episode of Worzel Gummidge together.
They were in more than one episode of Worzel Gummidge together
Saucy Nancy and Aunt Sally,respectively!
Its nice that Barbara Windsor had a chance to reunite with Wurzel at 12:57
@@leotarn2755 LOL
What about David Essex as Eddie moon? back in 2011
That wasn't a cameo.
@@itsjemmabond But Tom Ellis who played a Dr Oliver Cousins for 29 episodes in 2006 _is_ a cameo?
@@scmtuk3662 Yes, I know, I've already mentioned it wasn't a cameo.
@@itsjemmabond I was kind of agreeing with both you and EE Clips at the same time. I.e. if Tom Ellis isn't a cameo but still appeared on here, then why can't David Essex?
Tom Ellis was a cast member, not a cameo
Goldieeeeeeee!!!
Some of these Are guest appearances and some are just famous people, the only cameo is boris.
Back when people (Londoners) actually liked *BORIS* when he was only LDN Mayor. I mean little do they know the monster he’d end up being.
No one liked him then either
Back when Londoners were actually British you mean? Now they are the minority in London
No-one cares what Mozambique-on-Thames thinks anywhere else.
Yes
@@benyboybob how so? Because most people in London are exactly British. Unless you’re talking skin colour here? Because being British has nothing to do with skin colour.
Isn't the bloke in the amanda holden scene the one who played Liz's bloke vernon in corrie?
Tom Ellis? A celeb? He’s known for being Tamzin Outhwaite’s ex husband, being in Miranda and some American show 😆
Amanda Holden wasn't a cameo.
Disappointing Robbie Williams isn't included in this line up
It wasn’t a cameo .. he was a extra
Somehow I still expected Tom Elis to shout "Detective" and it would've been awesome if BBC managed to do Red nose day special Lucifer Morningstar doing shenanigans in Albert Square asking residents what they truly desire or even red nose day special with Henry Cavill as Clark Kent on vacation in Albert Square or even have Superman walking in Vic after all the red nose day short special are non canonical right?
You forgot Harry Redknapp
Amanda Holden, Vincent Cassel and the candyman? Wow
Wow.
Didn't know Amanda Holden was in eastenders
They missed a few .
Risk management!
@BorisJohnson should go on Eastenders
Goldie still freaks me out...
The only cameo here is Boris Johnson
I can't watch this video. Is there an edit without Johnson in it? Watching him makes me feel sick.
AKA cringeworthy snowflake needs an edited safe space version.
he looks like he's just finished from a party.
Didn't see Joseph marcell mentioned (Jeffrey from fresh Prince of bel air)
Robbie Williams was on the phone in the Vic also wasn’t he?
Hugh!
David Walliams was sort of a cameo. Little Britain was big at that time. Goldies character should of been in it for longer.
Walliams wasn’t playing himself so it just becomes a guest appearance.
Yeah Tom Ellis would fall for Little Mo lol
Boris is a better actor than a prime minister. And he’s a terrible actor
Who did little mo leave with? Does anyone know?
Harry Redknapp?
I recently got a book of 1960s photos of London lovelies let's just say... Wendy Richard... Wow... They are online. Just wow. Wendy was an icon and absolutely up there with Sharon Tate, Christine Keeler, Shirley Eaton etc...
Yes. Indeed, hard to believe it looking at Pauline Fowler but Wendy was a stunner in her younger years especially in the days of "Are you being served".
@@zarozinia1985 oh yeah for sure. That famous clip where Miss Brahms fixes her suspender... The pics I have in the book that blew my mind was in in 60s in black lingerie, stockings the lot she's just unreal! Easy to find on Google.
Even though I'm from 🇮🇪 I grew up watching Corrie and Eastenders. Christmas was always TOTP and a crazy Christmas episode of the soaps usually with death and destruction! 😂
The part where Peggy has a hallucination of Pat before she commits suicide is heart wrenching!
Morningstar appeared in eastenders and then cameos in crisis on infinite earths jesus what's he gonna appear in next
Some of these actors weren't celebs when they were on this show.
Didn’t expect to see goldie on here
loads of these arent cameos they were unknowns as the time!
No Boris?
12:58 yes boris, there's the cheeky bastard.
does nobody remember Scott Adkins had a cameo in Eastenders
Do folk know what a cameo actually is?? It appears some don't.
Lucifer Morningstar himself 😀
Wait, no way was BoJo in Eastenders
Ok 1st and 2nd clip who was the famous person
Mo with SATAN now that's a Plot🤔
Please tell me how the fuck Boris Johnson is a celebrity 🤦🤦🤦
Disappointed that you didn't feature bruce willis when he had a gay fling with Mark fowler
Celebrity and Boris don’t mix well kinda suggests he’s famous for good things.
Boris is a legend
@@Howhighsir haha. Ok then.
Eastenders is how the leftists manipulate the weak.
@@Howhighsir you spelled bellend wrong
What a braindead comment. For a start he was one of the most popular mayors London has ever had? And more importantly, are any celebrities these days famous 'for good things'
Tom Ellis without guyliner?! Blasphemy!
Are we calling politicians celebrities now?
Are you thick?
Yu is Starzec's 🐰 might
Tom ellis did more than just a cameo he was a Dr who physically and psychologicaly abused little mo
Was hardly call Oliver a cameo appearance sure he was in eastenders for over a year who put this video together should be sacked are change title to celebrity's before they where famous
Actually, he was in it from 30 January 2006 to 26 May 2006, so... just less than 4 months.
ew bojo
My same thought 😂
Normally cameos are of people who are FAMOUS 🤨 JUST SAYING!
In the UK they are 😂
You mean you're a child who hasn't a clue who was famous in the 90s/Early 00s because you weren't born.
Really? No Denise Van Outen? Arguably much bigger than half the rest of this list
