I have the pulsar helion xq38 monocular and it has these vertical lines in the picture. It even shows up in the recorded videos. Has anyone had this problem. It seems to be worse since the recent update.
It could be that you have the Helion on either manual or semi-automatic calibration and the unit isn't automatically calibrating. Change the the calibration to automatic, if this issue persists please contact our customer service department at 817-394-1628.
