@@canvaartdesign yes yes I'm learning so much from you and my job I've also illustrator basics designing as well but ofcourse canva is best.. so hopefully we can image trace this types designs in illustrator to make them vector..

i think it can, but of course need some steps to edit. much easier if you using Photoshop

if we download the image then the effect willbe shown in the background isnt it?

You meant the splatter right? Yes it will be shown. And if you want to make it transparent:
1. Download the whole page as PNG
2. upload the PNG back to Canva or other background remover app
3. Remove the background, in my experience, it will remove all black color.
