Love the knife brother! I love fried Calimari, but I have never eaten it any other way. You definitely know how to cook outside the box from what we are used to.
Grilled calamari and octopus is how it’s done in the Mediterranean and most of Asia. I tried doing it in a smoker, but got too rubbery. It only takes two or three minutes.
Very nice combination there, "007"😍 Makeshift Hibatchi grill works great! 👍🏻 Awesome knife skills, I could watch you chop all day on that chopping block. 😊 Thanks for sharing yet another delicious meal. Take care and have a stealthy day! 😎🌄❤️... 💋
Mark, you really took me back on this one. I used to enjoyed squid back when I lived in Korea. They used a fair amount of Gojuchang and sesame oil and I loved it! Thanks for sharing, brother!
Well, it’s not a shellfish so I don’t think it would affect someone with a shellfish allergy, but who knows. I don’t like fishy tastes. So I’m not a big fan of salmon. Calamari is very neutral. Grilling any meat is my favorite because it picks up the smoky flavor from the fire. Raw tuna has no off flavors. But for most, it’s a psychological thing. I am going to Alaska for salmon fishing in September, but I prefer the halibut and cod.
Looks good i love squid but never had it like that
Do you have squid in your waters? It’s good to hear from you Al. I need to pop in and see what you’ve been doing. Thanks for stopping by.
I fantasize about living in a place like you do. Close to the ocean with access to all that delicious goodness.
Never would have thought to bring squid to camp. Looks good
Well outdoors, I like to eat well. Food just seems to taste better. I hope you’re doing well James and I appreciate you stopping by.
Don’t bring a Squid to a gun fight

Cooking with Mark is back!
#4👍🏻 Watching intently! 😊❤
Looks tasty! Don't recall ever having it grilled, but usually sautéed or fried.
Well in Asia and in the Mediterranean, it’s usually grilled. So that would put Americans in the minority.

Hey Del. It’s always good to hear from your brother.
Thank you . I always look forward to your videos brother .👍🏻🇺🇸
I never could get into squid / calamari personally.. did look pretty good though.
Thanks for the video brother
I like it because it’s very neutral and not fishy. Salmon is my last choice for seafood, since there are so many other fishes that taste much better.
Yummy! 🤘
I love it. Thanks for watching.
Bon Appetit 🍽
Merci Beau Coup
Looks tasty
Never have tried it. It sounds gross. lol.
But I would definitely try it for sure. Thanks for sharing.
Dude, I thought you being a hunter would’ve eaten just about anything that crawled. Do you eat venison heart and liver?
@@MarkKratzMC believe it or not I haven’t.

Thanks Jonny. I always think of you when I have Korean food. I hope all is well.
That’s different, never had squid and I’m not sure but I might be allergic to it. Not sure how close it is to shellfish. Nicely done brother 👍👍
