Watching these trips with Noraly makes me realise just how lucky and privileged we are in SA to be so close to and surrounded by the beauty of nature and wildlife. We should be grateful and take care of it because it is important not only to us but to others too. Thanks Noraly for showcasing it.
Sad to say, but in the UK all we tended to hear about SA was apartheid, racial tension and corrupt government, nothing about the lovely people, the beautiful scenery or the culture. I guess certain countries get stereotyped by their past history and that image remains for a long time in people's minds. Iran is a case in point. My government would have us believe it's a hell hole full of zealots, run by a religious tyrant. Couldn't be further from the truth. This is one of the reasons I love watching vlogs like Noraly's, among others, where open-minded individuals provide a different perspective and insight in to the ordinary and the not so ordinary. When all's said and done, this earth belongs to all of us and despite our differences we all have the same basic needs and wants. These vlogs remind us of our connections and humanity

Thomas Baines, I’m 67 and ploughing through your amazing journey. Binge watching in my retirement. I am a Scot and my parents moved from Scotland to Joburg in the the early 1960’s. They hated the apartheid regime and decided to return home to Scotland. However we returned via Swaziland where my father worked on the asbestos mines and after about a year or 18 months we continued via Zimbabwe (then Rhodesia) and I went to junior school in Bulawayo at Thomas Baines Junior School. We did not actually leave Zimbabwe until I was 18. I returned to Scotland in 1974 to avoid having to be drafted into the military, I was not happy about the idea of shooting at people because they had a different colour skin to myself. I am learning more about South Africa watching your riveting videos than ever I learned in school, college and life. (I am 85). Thank you and please on those rough roads keep both hands on the handlebars
Yip, a proper mile-eating day. Of course, you can move quicker through the 'kloof on a scrambler than a 4x4, for sure, but still, a hectic day. Awesome video. Made me long to do it again.
Wow, from 18:41 and from 20:11: The music, the different roads, the landscape, views also with the drone...gives me goosebumps. Really impressive. Have a great time with your friend, Noraly. We'll see you later!
Hello Noraly, i am absolutly amazed and impressed from all that beauty. Can't say more ....speechless. Take all your time with your friend we will be still here when you are back on track. As always stay save and healthy and keep the rubber to the road. Greetings from Germany
I visited Germany in 2019 with my daughter to go watch MotoGP & did the Nurburgring amongst other. Bucketlists... You also have a stunning beautiful country! We tried to avoid the tourist traps & big cities. We met the nicest people. Who said Germans aren't friendly! Greetings from Pretoria, South Africa
a bit too close for comfort really... depending where you run out of fuel it can get quite dangerous. Nighttime, wild animals, cold, nowhere to shelter. In area's like that i would always try to plan a destination that the bike can reach with 25% left in the tank. Or take some reserve tanks or bottles.
@@toqtoq3361 Agreed. Remembering how uncomfortable it felt for me, I can only try to imagine how it is for Noraly. But brave as she is .... Remember the -stans from series 1 ? 🤝
@@jfv65 I agree. I especially fitted a larger fuel tank from an '80s model bike to my later model bike, for one of my many trips through the Baviaanskloof. She should have collected the fuel bladders she ordered online by now.
Loved the drone footage, had to see that a few times and repeat the 360° shots. The passes and roads going off into the distance with the dramatic scenery, just beautiful, stunning. Thank you for posting and sharing... 💐
A stunning Pass indeed. I thought we had some fine scenery in Australia, but so far, what I have seen of SA it is better. Thank you for bringing it to us. Would you enjoy it more if you were a passenger ?
Give me a shout if you're ever in my neck of the woods and need a riding partner (guide) who's been traversing the Baviaanskloof by bike, for the last 20 years. Perhaps you could check out some of my short, super-amateurish Baviaanskloof YT videos, (ref. my name) to see what Noraly's hectic schedule, never enabled her to see when passing through this amazing area.
Many times I watch Itchy Boots and only have to inform my head that at some point in life, I must ride through such places. Hope I still have enough life but nothing is much of a disaster to me as being locked up on a job and more so when I'm working in a foreign land. May God help me regain my independence and thx Norally for taking us around the world.
Loved the ride - loved the views. I'm totally a fan of SA and it's people. Multo kudos to you - I'd be paranoid about petrol out there - but hey - alls well :)
One young Lady , one motorcycle in one massive beautiful country with some lovely people and now Noraly enjoy some time with your friend, you deserve this special treat, see you in the next one, enjoy and stay safe, D x
How I enjoyed this one! There's a mountain bike race on this route called the Trans-Baviaans. You start at Willowmore to Jeffrey's Bay and have 24hrs to complete. What an experience! A lot of the wonderful scenery gets lost since you spend many hours riding in the dark. This brought back very fond memories.
Top Noraly! Weer een mooie video en ik vind het altijd dapper hoe jij in je eentje door de mooiste afgelegen plekken trekt! En het is altijd weer inspirerend om jouw video's te zien. Veel plezier de komende 2 weken!
Nothing worse than fuel range anxiety out in the middle of nowhere😟. Fabulous scenery and what an adventure!

And yes, slow down, take a break. You're going at break-neck speed. We will be out of South Africa before we catch our breath!!
You could give lessons in attitude, even your voice has a smile . You are a delightful young woman and a great ambassador for your country, motorcycle riders and just people altogether....
God bless you Noraly from Texas.
I just want to say that I love that little Honda ! It is so reliable and rugged . One more thing, when you stopped at that one point and said, " Look at that view ", I said , " WOW ' , at exactly the same time that you did ! I had to laugh . Nice video and beautiful scenery, thank you .
Well, that was quite the nail-biter, and amazing ride Noraly. But, I had confidence that you and Savanah would be okay. Enjoy the break with your friend and get some rest. You've worked hard getting to this point in the series. Stay safe, keep well, and happy trails. See you in a few weeks.
I am learning more about South Africa watching your riveting videos than ever I learned in school, college and life. (I am 85). Thank you and please on those rough roads keep both hands on the handlebars
Wow Baviaanskloof and Prince Alfred Pass and a detour to Willlowmore. That is quite a lot of driving for one day! 😅😄
Wow Amazing scenery
Thanks for the trip
Watching from Sydney Australia
As usual great scenery, enjoy your visit with your friend. We will miss you! Love ❤️ the channel! 🇺🇸
I appreciate your courage to travel alone through this isolated and dangerous ways.
You lucky girl, finding fuel with just 200cc left in the tank ! But glad you made it. ❤🤝🇳🇱
a bit too close for comfort really... depending where you run out of fuel it can get quite dangerous. Nighttime, wild animals, cold, nowhere to shelter. In area's like that i would always try to plan a destination that the bike can reach with 25% left in the tank. Or take some reserve tanks or bottles.
@@jfv65 My closest call was 500cc, in the middle of the night, .... but that was in the Netherlands 😊😉🤝🇳🇱
@@toqtoq3361 Agreed. Remembering how uncomfortable it felt for me, I can only try to imagine how it is for Noraly. But brave as she is .... Remember the -stans from series 1 ? 🤝
I drink more coffee than what's left in your tank!
@@jfv65 I agree. I especially fitted a larger fuel tank from an '80s model bike to my later model bike, for one of my many trips through the Baviaanskloof.
She should have collected the fuel bladders she ordered online by now.
Semplicemente meraviglioso.
Grazie
Fun video... Have a nice break Noraly, see you when we see you. Cheers!
Fantastic Beautiful mountain pass scenery, 👍👍👍have a great time with friend take care 💖
What stunning views! I am so jealous. If I were doing that trip I would be stopping every five minutes to take photos, i'd never get anywhere lol.
Great ride, great video! Quality time with close friends....priceless!! Rest well, Noraly!
That opening shot is beautiful!
Loved the drone footage, had to see that a few times and repeat the 360° shots. The passes and roads going off into the distance with the dramatic scenery, just beautiful, stunning.
Thank you for posting and sharing... 💐
Well that was the best one yet in SA, Shame your off air for a few weeks will see you when your back!
A stunning Pass indeed. I thought we had some fine scenery in Australia, but so far, what I have seen of SA it is better. Thank you for bringing it to us. Would you enjoy it more if you were a passenger ?
I’ve been watching this season and I’ve got to say that South Africa is now on my riding ’bucket list’! Spectacular scenery!
That landscape just takes your breath away! Thank goodness you got fuel.
Wow stunning scenery what a fantastic place to ride. 😎🏍🏍🏍
Noraly, it is real shame that drone is not allowed. Thanks, for amazing trip again! Introduce us to your friend. 🙏
Wilde und gleichzeitig schöne Landschaft. Gute fahrt druck dir die Daumen, Jochen.
a very beautiful part of Africa very different from what the regular tourist visits thanks for sharing
All Noraly's videos are EXCELLENT but I enjoyed this one especially. Great scenery. Felt like I was there. Made me long for her lifestyle.
Two weeks! 😩 Hope to see you soon(er) 😜. Lots of fun with your friends!!
South Africa is Beautiful! Thanks for bringing us for the ride!
I click like even before watch the video ! 😆👍
What do you mean you sucker
Me too!
Same
Ditto
Ever sense half way through season #1
How I enjoyed this one! There's a mountain bike race on this route called the Trans-Baviaans. You start at Willowmore to Jeffrey's Bay and have 24hrs to complete. What an experience! A lot of the wonderful scenery gets lost since you spend many hours riding in the dark. This brought back very fond memories.
Whoa! It felt like I was the one riding on empty. Glad you made it.
One of your best episodes ever! (Yes, I have binge-watched the lot)
Stunning scenery, great roads. Thanks for letting us join you in the ride!
Goede middag van Kaapstad.
Noraly welcome back. For your long range wildlife shots you could do with a telephoto lens. The wide angle lens not good enough.
Wonderful n adventures
Noraly, when you pass a stream, stop and dip your feet! There's nothing better than hanging out and enjoying the quiet.
Top Noraly!
Weer een mooie video en ik vind het altijd dapper hoe jij in je eentje door de mooiste afgelegen plekken trekt!
En het is altijd weer inspirerend om jouw video's te zien. Veel plezier de komende 2 weken!
Congratulations Noraly! This year your spirit won an Oscar in Hollywood.
fuel ,ya Honda with its reliable engineering never fails .
