Have the sherman with about two weeks and its an unbelievable machine.have the s18 pre ordered and will hopefully have it next month.but the sherman just wants you to go fast and the faster it goes the more stable it is.it eats up the road
Air-Stride nice jump Bro! Just from your energy & excitement it gets people pumped up to ride. NYC is a whole different animal. I love NYC. From the view from the window it looks like your hotel was on 40th street between 8th & 9th ave. I use to live a few blocks away from there. That part of NYC is called Hell’s Kitchen. Be safe out there. Peace & Blessings!
I was hoping to make a decision on a 2020 wheel by now, but the reviews of the wheels are creating indecisiveness. I am hoping Gotway’s new release will be here before the end of the year, so you and the influencers can review. Many Thanks
Practice makes perfect my friend! Great job keeping it up and getting that jump. Also, great display of the lean angle cut-off on the wheel. Was worried about that with the suspension bringing the pedal height wayyy up.
Oh man....nothing to do with EUCs, I just really wish I had a place over in New York where I could look out of the window a get a view like that, watching the world pass by 🥰
@@sby1076 gotcha lol ah well. I don't know what makes views to be honest, so I just make videos I would like to see. Maybe sometime in the future I'll figure it out. Thanks man
Still waiting form my V11 and I am still riding my onewheel. I keep my wallet in my front left pocket like you keep your phone in your front pocket. One day, going across a field at about 12 MPH I hit something in the grass I could not see and got launched. I landed in such a way that my wallet gave me the worst Charlie Horse that I have ever had, felt like a monster punched me in the leg. Took a week before the limping stopped.
@U-Stride Good video and see youre passion getting another euc again🤣 i really recommend the Murland studs plates for msx/msp/Nikola i ride with them and i don't have to worry about grip tape anymore
Basically you can lower then lean angle now up to 70°, not 45° anymore; for god's sake please use the damn GYRO SETTINGS? ^^ that's what apps are made fore. NIce review, good to see that preprod s18 still rocking it :) ITS ALIVE! (ps: also don't ask a newbie if he's afraid to faceplant xD he's probably seen half of those group ride people FP already lol)
That complete cutoff on a sharp turn was scary. I didn't know about that. It could cause quite a messy face plant. I'm not sure about that. I wonder if there is a way to mod it so it doesn't lock up & throw the rider off. What do you think? That is otherwise definitely the offroad wheel for me! 👍☮️🌞
looks like I'm going to need to put on bunch of bumper strips to prevent the S18 from getting damaged. such a beautiful wheel but looks so fragile compared to other kingsong models...definitely not a beginner wheel in that sense. my MSX has been my "go to" as well and I'm loving it even more w/ the off-road tire I recently put on. I like speed but my reason for buying S18 is to "explore" other aspect of the EUCs, other than "speed" and forcefully try to stay under 30 for safety. But mainly, I wanted a "LIGHTER" wheel that has distance range of about 25 miles that I can jump with. Yeah, I can jump w/ my MSX but not to my satisfaction and I think S18 is the perfect candidate. So far, just putting the off-road tire alone gave me courage to explore areas I couldn't before. It totally changed the dynamics of my riding and after seeing this video, it just confirms my choice even further. It is what I was looking for in a wheel, even down to the battery size. People want distance but a wheel to be agile, it has to light. I can jump better w/ lighter wheel and 2200w motor I assume could have better performance than GW 2000w MSX motor with lighter weight. Thanks for the video! I hope my offroad tire video helps those who's considering to change. I feel like I'm riding a Sherman because of this tire.
@@UStride After watching all your videos, I knew you were looking for something different. I also had a feeling you're not going to go for the Sherman this time and wait for GW EX or next Monster Pro. It's just not worth it to shell out that kind of cash right now when you know there are equal or faster wheel coming up shortly. S18 is the better investment since it's the most unique EUC out right now. Everything else is just rehashing the old with more power. I know I'm going to go for the GW EX next because of the suspension regardless of whether it has V11 type suspension or S18. We already know now that its going to be like V11. But Sherman like acceleration with any type of suspension is good IMHO. So that's why its going to be my next wheel. :)
@@wheelworld266 yeah well it's been... At least 1.5 month since that thing as started going from one RUclips to another, even if dies, It will be 1 well deserved rest comparing the v11 lol. Plus you don't do tricks on it, only the s18 can handle this properly, rocking it

Thanks for the insight into that low turning cut out..... Great Info!

They’ve done a software update and you can select your cutout angle now.

Send link for those of us here in the states
for your msx pedals check out viscious grip tape, stuff is amazing and youll gain better control.
Will do thanks man

Yeah imo this is the best off-roading wheel out, just has a problem with cutting out if you push it to hard
what's the title of the background music at 3:00....?
Duckmaw - Time
Does this wheel maintain its speed when the battery is lower? I know most wheels slow down below a certain percentage
So, which is better? V11 or S18? That cut out is something that should be disabled, quite dangerous imo.
Very dangerous, but I haven't ridden the V11, IMO the S18 is better
@@UStride I read that the latest firmware update from KS gives you the option to adjust the angle of the cutout, based on feedback from riders.
@@porallen nice nice. Thanks for that
What park was this in NYC? Thanks
I think it's the Highbridge Park

Anybody know the name of this park and the location?
The street is fort George Ave, opposite, Sherman Creek, 7 minutes from George Washington bridge NYC
After being in New York that wheel is looking like garbage that's crazy New Yorkers destroyed another wheel without doing intense reviews like Marty
