Lord, your word says, you are the hope for hopeless so I'm running to you with both hands stretched out and grabbing on to you. God, you know those things in my heart that I barely dare to hope for, today I give them to you. Don't know what to do. I'm almost 38 but suffer with depression and makes my faith feel shaky. Also been abused and don't look my age at all so sometimes I feel extremely confused and don't know what to do..Just had a convo with someone over prayer line and she was sort of mean telling me how's about denouncing these things from your life instead of continuously asking God for help. If I don't ask for strength and his support to do it how can I? I can't do it alone so don't think she understood and I also don't think she understood it doesn't matter how old anyone is. 37 almost 38 is still really young so I hate that people try to make you seem or act like you are 60 or something? Fold her I am still angry with my mother for not introducing me to God and don't care how old I am. What matters to God is the fact I am human, not my damn age..
