1. To use blue colour in the toilet
2. To use 11 blue and green colour tumble stones.

Yes, you can use any of them, both will work same.

Thanks for sharing the videos. Please help me understand would red tumble or jasper stones also work in south east bathroom? If I wish to use red bulb can I use that on north wall of south east bathroom as there is no light connection on south or south east wall?

Yes, You can use Red Tumble Stone or Red Jasper Stones in Southeast Bathroom. No, You cannot use red bulb in Southeast Toilet.
