The house is currently under renovation and will soon be a beautiful home once again.
The owner, Barry, recently messaged a few people and requested in a polite manner that all explorers and paranormal investigators refrain from visiting the property.
This is because the house is now a building site and is unsafe to visit.

31:10 immediately after the running sound there was either a small orb or it could be dust as it’s a house being renovated. The running sound did sound unnerving and because you guys don’t bull shit 💩 it is definitely unexplainable. I am the most sceptic person and believe hardly anything. However the running was frightening

Those footsteps at 29:47 are insane!! I mean it could have been a rodent but they wouldn't sound that heavy! They would have sounded like scurrying, rather than heavy footsteps! Incredible stuff.
You would be surprised how loud rodents can be on some types of roofs. When the ones that live in the neighbors tree behind us get going, it sounds like several caffeinated toddlers clog dancing in steel-toed boots.

If you can manage a 5th visit to this active farmhouse, it would be worth it to ask the spirits (who know and trust you enough to 'have at you'!)why they 'WANT TO LEAVE', but are unable to!

@OuijaBrothers, Griff, Ste Guys!!! I've just spotted a shadow figure walked passed, where Griff was explaining the experiences on this investigation, The clip is at @24:12. I don't think Ste was walking, the figure was drifting silently and there's no sound of walking!!

@@MPAstro definitely. I do to. I have actually seen a full apparition in my sisters house. My sister was cutting my hair at the time so we both saw it. A Victorian era dressed woman. It was a 100% definitely real. So I’m a massive believer in the paranormal. You definitely know what you’ve seen when you see one. Yeah I definitely think that shadow was paranormal too. As it was of a huge guy too. And no offence to anyone but ste is quite small built and slim so it wasn’t ste’s shadow. Well spotted tho buddy. 👍👍
@@R36vw mate awesome stuff, I've seen ghosts back when I was serving in Germany, I stayed in old German ex Nazi camp on Fallingbostel, I have deffo a few experiences I've witnessed. The camp is steep in history and it has connection with the Bergen Belsen Concentration camp which is only a few miles down the road.
You guys bring honesty back to Paranormal. So pleased Beardo suggested your channel. That running up didn’t sound on 2 feet, but way too loud to be a rodent or fox……but to small for a horse (even though it sounded like a horse. Mayb there’s a ghost and demon there. I downloaded the Ghosttube app and opened it on the 2nd morning i had it, and the first word was 'Kneel' - which stopped me dead making coffee and got goosebumps all over me. My name is Neil.
That actually unnerved me so as i coupdnt sleep well or without a nightlight for a few days.

I love this location, the evidence is overwhelming, I believe in it. I loved every second of it. I trust you guys more than anyone else, if I were a spirit I'd communicate with you too. I've loved watching you go here and I really hope you get another chance! They say renovations and changes can stir more energy up. The fact they're working on the house and leaving it unlocked is strange but brilliant for you getting in. It's amazing what you're catching here!

When you go into the room that the wall was knocked down there was something swinging on the ceiling great video lots of noises and if that running was rodents they must of had clogs on as it was very loud well done both of you keep up the good work xx

Saw a good few Orbs in this video especially on the landing when Steven reacted to the sound of running footsteps. Griff felt something push past him at bout the same time! Boy I am glued to this video!!
Some people can't connect with ghosts as well as others. An what the hell was or who was that @TS -0:44 an then Jason heard something, holy cow! As soon as Ste says, "I believe that's a perfect way to end it," there's a slight female voice that's says, "bye or yeah." Then Jason says, "that's what she said." It made me wonder if Jason heard her?
Great catch: a female voice too quiet to make out (Emily?) has been commenting on their activity throughout the video...
We love this location not just because its active, but because its active for you two!! Your integrity and honesty for every investigation excites us much more with this location because there is usually very little happening! Last time, the app said "He doesn't leave," or something along those lines. It has given seemingly relevant answers throughout all your visits, maybe it could have referred to the person who started the renovation? Interesting streak of coincidences in any case.
13:30 - Fluttering was more like soft running. Like how a child would quickly pitter-patter on a wooden floor.
17:50 - Regarding the voices, I had one such encounter when we were moving out from our previous house at the edge of town. As I was going into my parents' bedroom for a quick check, I heard an unreverberated "Hoo!" from the bathroom door to my left, as if someone was saying it right into my ear to play a prank on me. It was day time, but most of the house was already empty.
Anyway, this was an amazing investigation series. I really hope that if there's a spirit there, it will find its peace and will be able to move on.
Gorgeous house. Was it because you were walking on the floor that the cord was swinging in the bathroom? I hope that the new owner is open minded and can help the spirit to go to the light.
About 30.20 there's a few orbs shooting around.... a medium told me that when you feel heat in the body ,its a spirit trying to get in you.... 👻

Hi! we've had the sound of running down the hallway in my house too, proper footsteps, with me running after the noise, my partner yelling "there's an explanation!!!" after me. Not sure about the apps, I dabble with the necrophonic now and then, but unsure if it's AI, it does come out with some stuff though. You seem to have gotten some relevant answers with yours. Hope to see some more vids, I enjoy yr channel for keeping it real. :)
