Great video, but kcmo is still a super super car centric city almost as much as Overland park and has the same walk score as Overland Park on the walk score website. Only 1.6% of people in kcmo proper uses public transportation to get to work and 1.7% walk or bike to work with the rest driving to work or working from home. All can be found on the us census website on the American community survey. So people who commute to work in kcmo 95.6% use a car.

Kyle, can you share / discuss your thoughts (opinions) on Paragon Star Sports Complex? Specifically which region in the KC metroplex will benefit the most, how will the area around it be impacted… your research and content are so good, we would love you take. Thank you!

Hey @AndrewDoakCooks Paragon Star is located in Lee’s Summit on the South East side of the metro. The city is seeing substantial growth.

Im going to be totally honest. I don't know why anyone would choose anywhere other than Joco, assuming you can afford it.

Johnson County has a lot to offer. For me, though, living in KCMO is about being close to the action, having great walkable options, and enjoying the unique vibe of the city. Plus, the people here are awesome. Everyone has their reasons for picking a spot that feels like home!
