i am not an expert but from my understanding here is now it works: low number is loe lactate. on an easy day somethkng in the 2's is normal. tempo runs btw 3.2-3.6 is good but also its really personal, like heartrate. lionel for example has a super low heartrate so for biking he is 122 avg while an average triathlete is closer to 135. hope this helps a little!
All depends what goal you have. Low reading means low intensity and high high. But when you know what you are looking for its a great tool for finding things like threshold. Much more accurate than a ftp test for example
