You can youtube search "Kwon Twins" - the blonde dancer you mentioned is one of the brothers.. lots of content on them, you may have accidently discovered a huge rabbit hole to explore. They are also on a show Street man fighter. They appear in hundreds of YG family videos and they have their own RUclips channel as well. ( I especially like G-Dragon and Kwon Twins performances).. Nice reaction ladies.
Taeyang has performed it, but I think they just skip over Lisa's part. I don't think Lisa has been back to Korean since the release. It came out the week after Coachella, and BP went from there to Mexico and have continued the tour since. She just finished a Bulgari show in Italy.
Dont get me wrong, i love Teayang but i didnt like the first part of the song until Lisa came. Her part was amazing. I wished she had something like that for her solo

They're YGX dancers. The Kwon Twins. Most of the dancers in this vid are from Street Woman Fighter and Street Man Fighter and/or YGX.
