Yashodeep sir's voice is so mesmerizing and enrapturing. I sometimes have tears in my eyes even after watching and reading Ramayan so many times since childhood
The minute he says hanuman at the begining of the part 1 video, i started having happy tears as i can say myself im a hanuman bhakt :).The reason is we can feel the ramayan vibe whenevver there is ramayan discourse
The way he narrates...literally I cam visualise the entire scene just with his narration. Whenever he speaks it feels like he should not stop...it's that good 🤍

Such a beautiful and divine discourse! Humility is key to life. Shri Ram epitomized it and the true disciples of Shri Ram follow the principles of humility. An amazing treatise on divinty! Deep gratitude to you Ranveer and to this amazing devotee of Shri Ram - Yashodeep!
As Ranveer describes it, I guess this was yet another blockbuster episode of TRS! All credit to Yashodeep sir, so well versed with Sanskrit as a language and with Valmiki Ramayan. As rightly called by Ranveer, a very modest person, Yashodeep sir mentioned reading the entire text 2-3 times, and if that’s true then in merely 2-3 readings he has by hearted almost the entire text that he even can quote the verses of Valmiki Ramayan is incredible! Thx Ranveer for finding this gem! The entire Ramayan has been presented by Sir in such a practical and believable way and that too verbatim. Today’s generation needs to be presented with our history exactly in this format! Ranveer a few feedback’s for you. Loved the Hanumanji idol in the backdrop. Just that it being kept slightly tilted was bothersome. May it’s my OCD😊 Also, however casual you try to keep the podcast, I guess use of too many casual words, especially in an intense podcast like this is a bit irritating. I am referring to overuse of the word ‘Gotcha’! Try and have different approach to every podcast and guest. All in all a great job!

That's not an authentic story according to historians and ancient scriptures, this story was added much later into puranas to show the divine connection of Prabhu Shree Ram❤.
Here in Maharashtra in beed district taluka dharur it is like a small town where i live there is sita chi nahani means where sita took bath there are two small kunds from one warm water comes and from other cold and even in drought situations there always is water and also there is one more place ramachi paduka which is rams footprint there is also mandir of ram sita and laksham in this town there is so much hill area there are so many ram sita starce here which is quite fascinating to me ❤ i have also visited nashik panchvati energy is amazing but it is so crowded
Ranveer.... It's just awesome to listen to minute details of the epics of ramayan and mahabharat with well known and highly educated personalities...it's an eye opener to listen to them... Thanks a ton! Continue the fabulous work
Ranveer I have read the Valmiki Ramayan upto Sundar Kand and now in the beginning of Yudha Kand...I have been reading it since May this year and there have been many occasions where tears did not stop...the way your guest is describing is fantastic and authentic...the way each character thinks at different moments is beautifully described and you feel that you are in the head of that character witnessing those thoughts unfolding. Of course a thorough retelling is not practical due to the length of the text but the way you are presenting this will be a document for the future..I hope the youth does not think of Ram the God but Ram the human who faced similar problems that any human does even today. Also the other characters are worth understanding. There is an episode where Ram is depressed where Lakshman motivates him..Mental health was an issue even then...Ramannd Sagars version was just an introduction to the story but the authentic version has so many aspects worth discovering...GREAT WORK RANVEER
Every human gets sad and troubled in every time, feels depressed or angry. It's not the issue of Mental health, its human emotions. Although i have never heard a single story of shri krishna being ever sad or depressed in such way.
My favourite moments from this podcast 1:19:37 1:23:22 - this also felt like such a deeply felt compliment, just like the question in the earlier tomestamp. I have heard yashodeep sir on so many podcasts before, but the level of intimacy you are able to touch with such deserving guests actually elevates the experience of the listener. I mean, this is the kind of stuff i would want to watch maybe even a decade from now.
Wow to his narration... Seems like the narration was lifted straight from valmiki Ramayan ... And Ranveer thank you for this.. you're taking this whole podcasting into another level Jai Shree Ram🙏🏻
Once it was done by Tulsi Das in the form of devotion to establish hope among hindus in the era of mughal sultanat, and now by Yashodeep Sir in it's authentic historical form to again establish hope among hindus in this era of brainwashed generations❤. This is how yug purush take birth on this planet time to time ✨️🙏🏻🙏🏻

Wish to see you all in record as World Best Podcast channel! Its already true for me though❤
Thank you for this episode. I felt Sita was a strong women when she refused Ravan and felt extremely emotional while hearing the description of her kidnapping. Please post the next episode fast!! I can’t wait for Ram to meet Hanuman and they kick Ravana’s ass!!
Hi Ranveer and YD sir, thank you so much for the Ramayana series. It’s truly a blessing for NRIs like us, especially for our children who find it easier to connect when such profound stories are explained in English. Your impressive narration brings the Ramayana to life, making it feel like a visual journey. Greetings and gratitude from Singapore!
Yashodeep Ji has such a captivating way of story telling that keeps you hooked. I can hear him speak all day and I was amazed by the incredible use of voice modulation during different parts of the narration which draws out the his passion on the subject. His eloquence and clarity is such praise worthy. Thank you for bringing him on the show, awaiting next part.
Ranveer is asking very good and deep questions in this episode however the speaker Deodhar ji is answering on very surface level.. The narration and his voice is very good to portray the story in an engaging, interesting and little bit dramatic way..
Guest request - Omendra Ratnu, he's the author of a book on Maharana pratap, and his line of kings- "Maharanas", and also speaks very openly on youtube in many talks too.
Ranveer thank you for bringing this great episode of Valmiki Ramayana by Yashodeep ji - your intense expression whilst listening to him Yes cinematic and Pranaams to Yashodeep ji for his Sanskrit rendition Just beautiful 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 we are so fortunate to listen to the ageless Timeless Itihaas! Jai Hanumaji 🙏🏼🙏🏼
24:35 - The best part for me.The discrimination among cast is too much in modern era.But out ancestors are living peacefully not by the cast, but the more by their duties or job❤
I've always struggled to believe certain aspects of ramayana that in sir's words is/ are the more popular versions of it since that's what we've read or heard of more commonly as opposed to the original valmiki ramayana. It's so nice to know the more authentic story. Can't wait for the next part!
Thank you especially for bringing so much history to those of us of different cultures who feel drawn to India's vast spiritual knowledge. I grew up Catholic but it wasn't until I became a devotee of Ma Kali that i felt safe and supported. Jai Ma, Jai Shri Ram, Jai Hanuman, Har Har Mahadev!
Waiting for the next episode. Thanks for introducing me to the deeper secrets hidden in Ramayanam. Just love your podcasts. Listenizto them from Germany.
Wow Ranveer. Love your work. Thank you for bringing the Ramayana to the English speaking world. Very much appreciated. Continue your great conversations. You are so knowledgeable. Thank you 🙏🏻
I cannot thank you enough, dear Ranveer, for bringing us this series on the Ramayana through the outstanding storytelling abilities of Yashodeep Deodhar. I will be listening to all of the series as they are posted and will no doubt be listening to them again to catch all the details. An equally big thank you to YD for allowing Maharshi Valmiki's original work to come through and put to rest many of the distortions that have been part of the retelling of the story by others through the centuries.
It seems to me that Bharadwaj Muni Arranged that party to reduce the intensity of the Army & make them weak. So that if there were a chance of them actually attacking Ram, They would be Too intoxicated to function properly.
Finally the respect that the guest deserved is given and it wasn't all about Ranveer for a change! This guest is a wonderful story teller when not constantly interrupted
@@Study_Sphere_365 😂😂😂 Trueee, he didn't say that today is mangalwaar so you can't eat non-veg right now. In Sanatan Sanskriti there's a description about types of food like Satavik, Rajasik, and Tamasik only but not like we should only eat Satavik and Rajasik food only and its bad to eat Tamasik. Unfortunately today's modern human seriously lack intellect and true bhakti, they're jus blindly following each other and not even scriptures.

1:02:30 Urmila is said to have had slept through the entirety of 14years, including Lakshman’s part of sleep too. So Lakshman is able to keep guard without sleep . Dunno the source, this is what we’ve known in our family
I’m pretty sure this is true and said by yashodeep sir in another podcast, but i think the question was for if there was any other mention of characters like urmilla and sathrugan other than things that are common knowledge that aren’t said in many versions of the ramayan. If that makes sense
Respect to you brother... I love it how you are always working upon the critiques and not taking it to ego... Love your work... huge respect.. JAI SHRI RAM🙏🏻🙏🏻
Yashodeel deodar Sir ❤ I saluted to you and the owner of this channel Ranveer sir ❤️.You both doing a great 👍🏻 job for people who wants to know about our indian culture and it's precious character that is Ram.I am grateful to you both 😊 Thank you to make this video and I hope that this series will be uploaded within a next month ❤
Key Takeaways: Road to Shringaverapur: Bharat constructed a well-maintained road, complete with refreshments, to bring Rama back from Ayodhya to his residence in Shringaverapur. Debate on Rama's Return: The entire royal family accompanied Bharat to convince Rama to return to Ayodhya. A debate ensued, but Rama upheld his decision to stay in exile. Nature of Mythical Beings: Gandharvas, Yakshas, Rakshasas, Vanaras, and Jatayu were described as human beings playing different roles. These terms could have later been repurposed to refer to non-physical entities. Role of Akampan: It was Akampan, not Shurpanakha, who first informed Ravana about Sita and suggested her abduction. Shurpanakha’s involvement came later. Ravana's Appearance in Sundarakanda: Hanuman saw Ravana with only one head during their encounter. The idea of Ravana summoning additional heads seems exaggerated (personal opinion). Mareech's Reluctance: Mareech had prior negative encounters with Rama. Ravana threatened to kill him if he refused to participate in Sita’s abduction. Vimanas' Interpretation: Yashodeep Deodhar theorizes that "Vimanas" were akin to air balloons or blimps, rather than esoteric UFOs (personal opinion). No Lakshmana Rekha: The concept of the Lakshmana Rekha is a later addition. Ravana persuaded Sita to come with him, and when she refused, he forcibly abducted her. Rama's Fury: Rama, suspecting that Rakshasas had kidnapped Sita, was overcome with rage and vowed to destroy the three realms if they had harmed her. Shabari's Siddha Nature: Shabari was depicted as a spiritually enlightened being (Siddha).

the first and last kaand of the Ramayana, Balakanda and Uttara Kanda, are considered to be later additions to the epic. Scholars believe that these books were added later because of style differences and narrative contradictions between them and the rest of the epic. The oldest parts of the Ramayana are estimated to date back to the 7th to 5th centuries BCE, with the later parts extending up to the 3rd century CE. The oldest surviving version of the Ramayana is thought to have been composed around 500 BCE. So that Kashi vidvat parishad also disowned these two kaand of Ramayan. But unfortunately you guys not mentioned that. Otherwise all the story telling style was too good. I appreciate it. 👍
I think this guest also mentioned the same in a different podcast with some other person. I think it was with hyperquest channel. The kands that you mentioned in tulsi das ramayan if i am not wrong. But I we Valmiki ramayan is what we should all refer

Continue the fabulous work
Feel I’m blessed what a wonderful narration of Holy Ramayan
thank you yashodeep ji 🙏🏻
and Ranveer 🙏🏻
Jai Sri Ram 🙏🏻
This is one podcast that could be listened to on repeat...
Truly amazing storytelling.
This podcast is really informative and it's very peaceful ❤️🤍
👏👏👏gratitude to YD and Ranveer!! Spectacular narration. Can’t wait for part 3
My favourite moments from this podcast
1:19:37
1:23:22 - this also felt like such a deeply felt compliment, just like the question in the earlier tomestamp.
This is how yug purush take birth on this planet time to time ✨️🙏🏻🙏🏻
He is such a powerful speaker man! God damnn!!!
Waiting for the next episodes of this epic!
It was an awesome session. Please bring Binay Vranasi back once again. Last but not least, thank you, Ranveer Bhaiya, for bringing such enlightened souls onto your podcast. Jai Shree Krishna
Most awaited episode!! All i knew about Ramayan was based upon the tv serial that i watched when i was a kid. Thank you BeerBiceps for this ❤🙏 grateful for your contribution and thank you for educating us in various topics. Best wishes for all the future episodes and projects.
So excited for this! Thank you for inviting him again, he is the only person I feel like listening to when it comes to ramayana...
Yashodeep sir , so happy to hear the original Ramayan from such a person like you. Ranveer great show .
Beautiful episode can’t wait for part 3. One more month seems to far away. Jai Shree Ram. My people at work also
Enjoy them in Cabaday
Yashodeep Ji has such a captivating way of story telling that keeps you hooked. I can hear him speak all day and I was amazed by the incredible use of voice modulation during different parts of the narration which draws out the his passion on the subject. His eloquence and clarity is such praise worthy. Thank you for bringing him on the show, awaiting next part.
What a way of narrating the epic!!!
Hats offff❤❤❤
It’s always a pleasure to hear YASHODEEP JI, thank you RANVEER for this conversation 👍❤️
Finally, been waiting for the 2nd part for so many days.
Hope we get the bext part of rupa bhaty ji soon too.
Ranveer thank you for bringing this great episode of Valmiki Ramayana by Yashodeep ji - your intense expression whilst listening to him
Yes cinematic and Pranaams to Yashodeep ji for his Sanskrit rendition Just beautiful 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 we are so fortunate to listen to the ageless Timeless Itihaas! Jai Hanumaji 🙏🏼🙏🏼
24:35 - The best part for me.The discrimination among cast is too much in modern era.But out ancestors are living peacefully not by the cast, but the more by their duties or job❤
Trueee I wish modern day people should understand the reality of ancient time and stop blaming ancestors for their discrimination ❤
I see more and more young people in the temples now ...great news for my beloved nation that is Bharat....
Finally the wait is over !! ❤
Wow Ranveer. Love your work. Thank you for bringing the Ramayana to the English speaking world. Very much appreciated. Continue your great conversations. You are so knowledgeable. Thank you 🙏🏻
Brother iam really really waiting for this ❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I cannot thank you enough, dear Ranveer, for bringing us this series on the Ramayana through the outstanding storytelling abilities of Yashodeep Deodhar.
Kudos to you Ranveer, you took the feedback so positively and implemented it so well!!
Ranveer please stop interrupting him. You break the flow.
Finally the respect that the guest deserved is given and it wasn't all about Ranveer for a change! This guest is a wonderful story teller when not constantly interrupted
Bharadwaj Rishi was checking Bharat before giving the exact route to Chitrakoot..... amazing....the Party was for that.....
Maybe. But the good thing is that Maharshi Bharadwaj didn't impose satwik food as modern-day hindus do.
Yashodeep sirs voice is excellent i feel it like ram himself is somwhere inside him and in his voice thank you ranveer, too excited for the next video of yashodeep sir ❤️
Valmiki is speaking through yashodeep ji 🙏
Excellent episode... Ranveer pointed out very correctly that he is one of the humblest persons when he talks..❤ I will be very eager for the next episode... I am going through random episodes of 21notes too but watching these podcasts has different personal feeling because one can see his humble smile while narrating the story.. Smitpurvaabhibhaashi...
@BeerBiceps should come up with more language preference options so that it can reach more peoples. Jai shri ram♥
Sukoon ❤ very excited for part 3
Jai Shree Ram … from Darjeeling
@1:32:20 enough with the unnecessary interruption man. Let him continue.
True
Yashodeel deodar Sir ❤
I saluted to you and the owner of this channel Ranveer sir ❤️.You both doing a great 👍🏻 job for people who wants to know about our indian culture and it's precious character that is Ram.I am grateful to you both 😊
Thank you to make this video and I hope that this series will be uploaded within a next month ❤
Key Takeaways:
Road to Shringaverapur:
Bharat constructed a well-maintained road, complete with refreshments, to bring Rama back from Ayodhya to his residence in Shringaverapur.
Debate on Rama's Return:
The entire royal family accompanied Bharat to convince Rama to return to Ayodhya. A debate ensued, but Rama upheld his decision to stay in exile.
Nature of Mythical Beings:
Gandharvas, Yakshas, Rakshasas, Vanaras, and Jatayu were described as human beings playing different roles. These terms could have later been repurposed to refer to non-physical entities.
Role of Akampan:
It was Akampan, not Shurpanakha, who first informed Ravana about Sita and suggested her abduction. Shurpanakha’s involvement came later.
Ravana's Appearance in Sundarakanda:
Hanuman saw Ravana with only one head during their encounter. The idea of Ravana summoning additional heads seems exaggerated (personal opinion).
Mareech's Reluctance:
Mareech had prior negative encounters with Rama. Ravana threatened to kill him if he refused to participate in Sita’s abduction.
Vimanas' Interpretation:
Yashodeep Deodhar theorizes that "Vimanas" were akin to air balloons or blimps, rather than esoteric UFOs (personal opinion).
No Lakshmana Rekha:
The concept of the Lakshmana Rekha is a later addition. Ravana persuaded Sita to come with him, and when she refused, he forcibly abducted her.
Rama's Fury:
Rama, suspecting that Rakshasas had kidnapped Sita, was overcome with rage and vowed to destroy the three realms if they had harmed her.
Shabari's Siddha Nature:
Shabari was depicted as a spiritually enlightened being (Siddha).
Woww ♥️ this episode tops; in the list of fantastic poscasts, Ranveer!
Hats off to you ! The way he narrates; one can actually visualize and he is bang on with the ValmikiRamayan! And thats why this episode tops the list !
And ofcourse.. coz of you too Ranveer.. for not interrupting 😁 you are awesome.. doing awesome work 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 stay blessed dearie🙏🏼
जय श्री राम 🚩
Through this conversation (and the former one)of discussion I perfectly grasp the depth of the word "Magnificent".
It's really Magnificent .
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
the first and last kaand of the Ramayana, Balakanda and Uttara Kanda, are considered to be later additions to the epic.
Yashodeep sir is a gem! Love his channel which is a goldmine for generations to come! Shat shat Pranam for your work! Please if possible do this for Mahabharat too
North East United FC 2 - 1 Mohan Bagan FC
This was a powerful episode. In some parts I was emotionally so connected that it brought tears to my eyes. Looking forward to the next episode! Keep the good work going! Thank you so much
