New Pittsburgh Courier - Women of Excellence 2021 Recap

The New Pittsburgh Courier's "Women of Excellence" Class of 2021 was a resounding success, honoring 50 of the Pittsburgh region's most accomplished African American women in a variety of industries. The Courier also honored Lynne Hayes-Freeland as its legacy honoree. Hayes-Freeland is a distinguished media figure in the region, spanning 45 years on local television and radio. The event, attended by nearly 500 people, was held at the Sheraton Station Square Hotel, Dec. 16.
