- The Reluctant Star: Life Story and Tragic Ending Of Robert Mitchum.
With his starring role as the anti-hero in 'film noir' films, Robert Mitchum has crafted incredible characters. It can be said that he is one of the best actors of the 40s and 50s. With his natural and unique acting, he plays the role that seems to be perfect in his cinematic works. He is also very flexible, besides famous film noirs, he also acted in famous TV series.
Always my favorite!! Nobody did it like Mitch!!!❤❤❤❤❤
He’d be 105 today, born the same year as my late father in 1917, my father liked Mitchum, I only had a passing interest, not really understanding him, possibly this film will help me explore the man.
wow No mention of Thunder Road (a cult classic) or the enemy Below...two very good movies.
He was a very good actor who had his own look about him. R.I.P.
He was not an ordinary star…….
Mitch the best.
None of them are reluctant stars, they all love the attention !!
Deborah Kerr is pronounced Car, just like the slang name for an automobile.
