  • Ingredients:
    1. Refined oil : 2 tbsp
    2. Onion : 3 medium sized
    Fry them for 3 minutes on medium flame. Now add:
    3. Garlic paste : 1 tsp
    4. Ginger paste : 1 tsp
    5. Green chilli paste : 1 tsp
    Fry them for 1 and 1/2 minutes and then add:
    6. Cumin powder : 1 tsp
    7. Chilli flakes : 2 tsp
    8. Kashmiri red chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
    9. Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
    10. Salt : According to taste
    Mix them well with low to medium flame. Then add :
    11. Grated boiled potato : 1 nos and mix well. Now off the flame and shift it on a plate to cool it. Now add
    12. Grated egg - 5 nos
    13. Coriander leave : 1/2 cup
    14. Bread crumb : 3 to 5 tsp
    Mix them well. Make cutlet shape using your palm. Now take two eggs on a plate, add some salt and pepper powder, whip it. Take bread crumb on a plate, add little black pepper powder and salt. Coat each cutlet with bread crumb, then coat with whipped egg, again coat with bread crumb. Then store them in normal freezer. Now take three eggs in a plate, add little salt and black pepper, 1 and 1/2 tsp corn flour and mix well. Add adequate amount of oil in a frying pan, fry each cutlet with medium flame, and remove. Then make net like formation using the whipped egg, roll the cutlet over the egg net to cover in full. Fry it to it make crispy. Keep the kobiraji on a tissue paper to soak extra oil. Enjoy.
