Awwww jeez, that was part of my route when I worked with Rentokil/Initial.....the schools, bonnybtoom nursery, st Martha's, barmulloch community centre etc etc And the Broomfield Children's unit was one of my calls. Also the Wallace well unit. Lovely staff and the kids were brilliant anytime I was there. Great video, thanks for the memories, some good and some bad. More importantly.....A NEW SUBSCRIBER.....and gonna enjoy all your videos. Thank you ❤
I remember a few years ago meeting Gregor Fisher in Birmingham and ask me to help him find a book shop so as to purchase a book to read on his journey back on the train to Scotland, the thing was that I never let on that I new who he was and comedy role as Rab C Nesbit a brilliant peace of acting 👍
Cheers from Canada...if you ever find yer'sel in Grangemouth,my dad was born at his childhood home @#33Jackson Ave.We emigrated in 72 when my wee sister was born. Im moving back to Scotland next year to find work and explore my homeland❤
Enjoying these videos. Brilliant seeing formerly run down areas coming up a bit. Is the Red Road area still just sitting vacant? I used to travel to work along the M80 to get to work in the morning and see the flats slowly get their cladding dismantled then the towers were levelled.
I'm going to comment in a bit, but I am hoping for a lot of shouting about the new cycle lanes on Balornock Road that have cut off the shops and all sorts.

There is shops but need more and proper bus route and start early morning we have one bus starts at 10:49am morning not ideal if you work and don't drive like myself a lot of taxis .I lived here Felixstowe for 45+years buses where good a lot went round the town , dentist have gone private drs to shut done but more houses being built but not enough shops drs schools this what is needed .
you said it a cycle lane no one uses and double yellow lines all the way down were no on ever parked and disrupting 21:33 the flow of traffic for months
Coming into Glasgow airport, on my first trip to Britain, we were flying low and I was looking out at the buildings and thought “that’s a big prison” it just kept going, I didn’t realise until we got closer they were houses😂
Is there muchwork available for licensed tradesmen(carpenters) in Scotland,I'm moving back there from Canada in the spring of 2025 n hope to find work as a builder?
Those solar panels on the new hooses are a waste of money. Who's idea was that? On average, Glasgow gets 1,200 hours of sunshine per year, and those panels would be lucky to see half of that, had tae look that up, but the point is it's a waste of money.
