Does Panasonic KX-TES 824 supports caller line identification feature? If yes how to configure it because I have phones with LCD on certain extensions but no number is displayed on screen in case of an incoming call.
Aoa. Yes, this system has the feature of CLI. The way to use this feature is to install CLI card. The capacity of one CLI card to support telephone extension is eight (08). So, if you have system with full capacity of 24 extensions then you must install 03 CLI cards in it. Thanks and have a good day.

i have panasonic kx tes824 PABX - 3 x 8 Line - Extension 101 - 109 we have configure - I can dial all extensions its connecting but cant hear the ring on some extensions...like when i call 107 from 101 i can hear its connected if i tell him to pick we can talk but 107 ring doesnt ring at that extension same is in 102 / 108 also can you please help
Hello. If you have access on your CO lines to dial international call then your user may access that CO line for international dialing. And if there isn't any access on that particular line then please contact to your CO service provider for allowing international dialing facility. Thanks
