I think, this act was performed around the end of that season in 2013 when Colors were planning to come up with their own show with Kapil Sharma. At that time, Kapil was a star performer of Comedy Circus having won several seasons back to back. It was confirmed that Kapil would launch his own show with Colors to rival comedy circus. This act actually tried to make fun of that initiative. Sony later ended that season with Krushna-Sudesh as the champion beating Kapil (I think it was deliberate) for the first time, Kapil launched his own successful show with Colors and Sony forced to end their next season in the middle due to poor TRP.
No man this episode came when tusshar kapoor and I think neha dhupia were doing a comedy show on colours

The both shows weren't even clashing with each other, comedy circus was at 9 o clock and comedy nights was at 10 pm as much i remember. But Kapil was the heart of comedy circus , other comedians tried but never perform on his level. Even people like me watched the whole episode of comedy circus and waited for the Kapil's act which they kept at last.
Kapil left was a good decision, he was not compensated enough as much was his contribution to the show , neither he had got any chance in movies as he desired. Kapil is a once in a lifetime talent.
The are talking about show where tushar and Malika Sherawat was judge and after a while replaced by Neha dhupia
