Education-cum-Additional Secretary, Education Department, Bihar, Patna, under the Mahadalit, Dalit and Minority Backward Class Akshar Anchal Scheme, KRP (Main Resource Person) Selection is to be done on vacant posts.
In the light of the above, all concerned are hereby informed that your application was submitted on the NIC portal for selection to the post of KRP (Key Resource Person). Counseling has been scheduled by the undersigned from 08.07.2024 to 09.07.2024 from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM in the office of District Education Officer, Shivhar.
All the applicants are informed that at the scheduled time and place during the period, they must compulsorily appear as per the details given below along with all their relevant original educational/training certificates/related documents and a self-attested photocopy of the same in a folder file and two photographs. Will ensure counselling. Claims of candidates who remain absent in counseling will not be accepted in future. You yourself will be responsible for this.
To select the vacant posts of KRP
Key Resource Person at the block level for monitoring enlightenment of the upliftment centers and educational Markaz centers working under the program run under the Mahadalit, Dalit and Minority Backward Class Akshar Anchal Yojana
through online medium.

KRP will monitor for at least 20 days in a month, who will be paid monitoring allowance at the rate of Rs 500 per day with a maximum monthly monitoring allowance of Rs 10000 The person selected on this post will not make any claim for regular appointment
regularization in future nor will any such claim be considered.
The conditions for selection of KRP are as follows
The minimum educational qualification for application will be graduation from a recognized university or equivalent.
The age limit of the applicant will be minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years. Under the programme, relaxation of 05 years in the maximum age limit will be given on the basis of certificate of literacy workers who have experience of monitoring
age calculation
The planning will be done considering the year January 01 2024 as the base.
The post of KRP is unpaid and completely temporary in nature. Volunteers
individuals willing to volunteer their time for literacy campaign can apply for this.
The headquarters of KRP will be the block office. People with the skills of planning implementation monitoring evaluation training report preparation leadership ability faith in democratic values commitment and integrity will be more suitable as Key Resource Personfor the program. This is expected.
The applicant should be a permanent resident of the district for which he is applying. For this, the permanent residential certificate issued by the Circle Officer will be valid and its copy will have to be attached with the application.
Only those employees who are not working in any other institute department will be eligible candidates for KRP
It will be necessary to attach a photocopy of the self-attested Aadhar Card with the application form.
The candidate should have knowledge of exchanging information through mobile
computer. For this they must have an Android
smart phone.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit list. Marks will be given in the merit list as follows
Matriculation certificate and mark sheet
Intermediate certificate and mark sheet
Graduation certificate and mark sheet
Certificate of Post Graduation
if the applicant is post graduation
