This song is special to me bc the Lord used it to carry me through my daughter’s kidney failure and transplant at 21 years old. I didn’t have the trust without borders bc I wanted to, I had it bc I HAD to. We are 7 years later and my beautiful daughter is married and has a 21 month old custodial foster daughter that they’re in the process of adopting. If you’re in that place of trust without borders bc you’ve been forced to that place, just hang on. He won’t leave you❤️
This song was played at the funeral of my Pastors wife it was one of her favorites. She suffered for many years with motorneurons which eventually took her life, but she kept her faith and her love for the Lord even as the chords of death were draining her of life. When oceans rise her faith just got stronger. God Bless

It was the first contemporary Christian worship song I'd heard actually. After recovering from that I saw your original reaction to it, and that got me crying again. When I was going to college there was a lot of conflict within myself. The life I wanted to have and what God was intending for me. Among this was a group of people called the walljumpers who had praise and worship on Wednesday’s. I wasn’t that involved or interested but they had me sing this song. Now as this walk with God is being stirred up this song gives me chills every time.

When I finally did put my trust in Him, when He called me to himself a 2nd time , I wished I wound've been locked up the first year. I think I commented on that video about the emotions and experience you were having, because of this song, being the Holy Spirit awakening your heart. When I was going to college there was a lot of conflict within myself. The life I wanted to have and what God was intending for me. Among this was a group of people called the walljumpers who had praise and worship on Wednesday’s. I wasn’t that involved or interested but they had me sing this song. Now as this walk with God is being stirred up this song gives me chills every time.
The huge smile on your face says everything about the Love of God in you!!! I saw the different videos that popped up from time to time. I was so Blessed to see that it wasn't a non-Christian reaction anymore and that The Spirit of The Lord is so obviously shining through you!!! I had a hard time to connect to Him because I did not have a good earthly father, so , sometimes when that happens people cannot connect to Him as a heavenly Father. When I finally did put my trust in Him, when He called me to himself a 2nd time , I wished I wound've been locked up the first year. I practically ran through the streets telling people what He did for me....now 25 yrs later in walking with Him through thick and thin He still walks with me everyday. With everything going on in the world, I am so grateful to Him, He is my life. I remember watching your first reaction to this song....I was experiencing great loss in my life at that time, with the passing of my grandmother, my best friend, less than 4 months shy of her 101st birthday. I think I commented on that video about the emotions and experience you were having, because of this song, being the Holy Spirit awakening your heart. I am so happy to know I will meet you one day in heaven, as my brother in Christ! There's a purpose and reason for everything we go through....for me it's disability because of a brain tumor, but it's led me to be able to homeschool my daughter and spend every second of every day with her, so I'm thankful for my "broken" brain. That hold that you had on your life and gone for 30 years led you to where you are today! I have felt the present of God in my life in waves before a few years ago. I found His strength in moments where I let Him in and He has protected me always. He has been with me through my journey all along. Now, I opened my heart to Him and am constantly learning and turning to Him, to evolve and grow closer to Him, always. I surrendered to Yeshua when I was a young child. 50 years of growth and mistakes and learning and relearning and yearning to know Him better and it has been such a refreshment to listen to you. Through you I have been blessed. You have reminded me to slow down and pay close attention - in the way you listen/observe and explain the many songs, some that are new to me and many I know well. Every time I listen the Oceans now I envision myself and others out in the deep or on the beach picking up a foot pace to run to our Father.
