hey !! just wanted to say that as someone who struggles a lot with eating, this video was really reassuring to me. I always feel greedy if I eat over the serving size, and it helps me a lot to see that it’s ok, and that serving sizes are actually pretty ridiculous :)
I just wanted to say how amazing it is that you are role modelling such a great relationship with food for your kids, the way you speak about food and portray your relationship is so beneficial not only to your kids but also to other people

As someone who's struggled with an eating disorder in the past, this reminded me of all the counting calories, and eating way less then the serving size. I was in a really bad place and you helped me realize how incredibly stupid I was for literally starving myself for months. 2020 was the worst I was almost 90lb and had a wake up call one night when I didn't feel good at all. I starting having a panic attack and my parents told me that there was nothing wrong with me and that I was fine. They didn't even look at me when they said that, I went back to my room and started listening to Demi Lovato. The second I hear their voice it was like I could breath again. After I listened to her for many hours I started watching your old vlogs and I found myself laughing and smiling. In a way you and Demi helped me through a very difficult time and I can't thank you enough for that!
You guys are the best and inspire me so much. I love how thoughtful you all are and you are a beautiful family. I can't wait till Fizzmas!! and when you guys give back to others and the homeless!!
Can we all take a minute to appreciate how much they do to entertain us, as someone who struggles with eating this helped an abnormal amount! You’ve raised your children so well, I hope you guys always continue to make content, I love you guys 🫶🏼

For your next challenge I have a idea. I’m not sure if you have this in the uk as I’m from New Zealand but we have health rating stars on most food and maybe you could try and do only eating 4 or above health star rating or only eating 1 or below. I love you guys, I’ve been watching you for years!
